FOURTH QUARTER BUSINESS PROCESSING DEADLINES/CONTRACTING DEADLINES • Clean census enrollment files – received by 6:00 PM Wednesday, December 21, 2022. • Clean electronic business – received by 10:00 PM EST Friday December 30, 2022. • New business – will continue to be processed until Friday, December 30, at 7:00 p.m. EST. • Clean manual business received by Wednesday, December 28, at 6:00 p.m. EST. Important note: As we have done at the end of every quarter, the home office will automatically submit outstanding Harmony business for completed enrollments with coverage effective dates up to and including 12/31/2022, on the last business day of the quarter 12/30/2022, starting at 3 p.m. EST. 2023 open enrollment for Colonial Life products starts January 3

Beginning January 3, members of the sales organization can enroll in Colonial Life products. The open enrollment runs through January 27, 2023. Sales reps will also receive commission on their enrollment. This enrollment is for new coverage only. Salespeople are eligible for individual plans with standard underwriting. Each school focuses on how reps and managers can increase their productivity while growing their business through leadership, recruiting and development, and following the fundamentals of our business. Field leaders and consultants will present and drive content for each school along with home office subject matter experts.

Schools will begin in second quarter, specific qualifications for each school must be met in order to attend. The schools are an opportunity for our reps and managers to leverage their peers for best practice sharing and overcoming stumbling blocks.
