Fourth quarter processing deadlines •

Clean manual business -- received by Wednesday, December 26.

•

Clean census enrollment files – received by Thursday, December 27 at 6 p.m. EST.

•

New business – will continue to be processed until Monday, December 31 at 7 p.m. EST.

•

Clean electronic business – received by Monday, December 31 at 10 p.m.

Opener/Benefit Counselor Class Changes Pioneers, as Eric stated in an email last month, changes are coming to Training Classes. Here are some key points to keep in mind:

Opener Class Class will run from 8 – 5 and we will provide lunch. Students must be on time and attend all three days.

•

Agents must be contracted (or be licensed and have completed a contracting link) to attend.

•

We ask that new agents come to class with a scrubbed list of 25 leads so that we can conduct a

brief (30 Minute) call clinic on day one of class.

•

We also ask that new agents work up a specific list of 5 DM presentation opportunities (dates and

times) •

New Agents will do three full DM Roll plays. The objective is that each new agent will be ready to

conduct an entry level small group direct presentation as soon as they leave day three.

•

We will have a pre-work exercise (the ordered pairs exercise) where each new agent and their

manager go through the types of problems that they might uncover in discovery – and the types of solutions we might offer.

•

Each new agent must come to class with their signed Opener GPS after reviewing it with their

manager.

• Agents must be contracted to attend. This is non-negotiable for the BC class – because each agent must have Harmony Audition Access for the class.

Agents MUST complete the following Individual product mastery tests: Accident Critical Illness Disability Cancer Dental Bridge Life…Term and Whole

Agents should have shadowed (seen) at least one enrollment before class.

• Agents will enroll individual products during day one. On day two they will conduct 2 full enrollments. The objective is that each BC will be ready to conduct an entry level enrollment the moment they walk out of class •

Agents must come to class with a signed BC GPS after reviewing it with their manager.

Open to representatives in their first 52 weeks – ASRs and PSRs Managers (DGA, ADM, PSM and PSAM) not included.

Achieve 4 cases and $50,000 in opener net sales premium or 27,500 net sales credits.

BQI must be 75% or higher.

Manager (DGA and/or TM) approval.

ADM New Manager School Qualifications: Manager is within their first 52 weeks Plan achievement in 2 of their first 4 quarters (not pro-rated) • Minimum sales of $25,000 • BQI of 75% or higher (if BQI is applicable) • Minimum of 3 recruits • Minimum of $10,000 in A Rep sales • Manager is certified in New Leader Development, Managing a Direct Sales Team and Recruiting • •
