New producer and manager contracts – Received by Friday, December 20 The last day to submit completed new producer and new manager contracts to count toward fourth quarter recruiting goals is December 20, 2019. Email Contracts@ColonialLife.com Clean manual business – Received by Thursday, December 26 Clean census enrollment files – Received by Friday, December 27, at 6 p.m. EST Clean electronic business – Received by Tuesday, December 31, at 10 p.m. EST New business – will continue to be processed until Tuesday, December 31, at 7 p.m. EST

As we do at the end of every quarter, the home office will automatically submit outstanding Harmony business for completed enrollments with coverage effective dates up to and including December 31, 2019, on the last business day of the quarter, Tuesday, December 31, as follows: • Mountain Time Zone: Starting at 7 p.m. EST • Pacific Time Zone: Starting at 8 p.m. EST Be aware, if you have business that should NOT be submitted, your VPS needs to inform the home office before Monday, December 30, at 10 p.m. EST.
