Dental PPO Kick-Start A Contest Sure to Kick-Start Sales for Individual Dental PPO! Updated: 03/09/2018
Let’s put the pedal to the metal with Colonial Life’s newest Individual Dental PPO product, launching March 26, 2018. Here are three contests for those who are ready to hit the ground running and use dental to win new accounts and revamp existing ones.
Rep Level Bonus Eligible contracts: ASR, PSR, DDM Contest duration: March 26-June 30 A $200 bonus will be awarded to the first 150 reps that generate at least $5,000 of Individual Dental PPO opener net sales premium. From these 150 reps, the rep with the highest premium during the contest period will receive an additional $2,500 bonus. Any rep that receives the $200 bonus and has more than $5,000 of Individual Dental PPO opener net sales premium at the end of the contest period will be placed in a drawing for an additional $2,500 bonus.
Unit Manager Level Eligible Contracts: ADM, PSAM Contest duration: March 26-June 30
A $500 bonus will be awarded to the manager with the highest Individual Dental PPO net sales premium in their unit for each of the following categories: •Annual Sales Plan <$250k •Annual Sales Plan >$250k and <$500k •Annual Sales Plan >$500k and <$750k •Annual Sales Plan >$750k
District Manager Level Eligible Contracts: DGA, PSM Contest duration: March 26-June 30 A $750 bonus will be awarded to the manager with the highest Individual Dental PPO net sales premium in their district for each of the following categories: •Annual Sales Plan <$750k •Annual Sales Plan >$750k and <$1.5M •Annual Sales Plan >$1.5M and <$2.5M •Annual Sales Plan >$2.5M
