Squidlock unlocks the full performance of the FOX DPS shocks, which allow you to choose from three position -Open, Medium and Firm- enabling the bike to conform to any terrain. With Squidlock you will be able to access that third middle position, enjoying the full potential of the DPS technology. At the same time, Squidlock allows you to access to an intermediate position on the compression settings of FOX forks with GRIP cartridge (Performance Series). FOX forks with FIT4 cartridge (Factory Series) will have 2 positions available (Firm and Open), but you will be able to tune the Open position compression setting with the black dial on top of the right leg. If in the description of your FOX fork with FIT4 cartridge (Factory Series) it specifies “2Pos”, it will mean that when Squidlock is in its middle position (DPS shock intermediate compression setting), it will mean that your fork will be kept in the Open mode, but you will be able to adjust the compression setting manually with the black dial.
Squidlock has been designed for optimal functionality with FOX Push-to-Unlock suspensions, which these models are specificated with from the factory::
Squidlock is compatible with Push-to-Lock suspensions. However, its operation is not optimized for these cartridges, which may result in a heavier action of the lever.

03. -Install both cables, making sure that the cables´s ends are completely seated in their housing in the lever. Fix the other end of the cables to fork´s and shock´s compression adjusters getting rid of any slack on the cables. *Do not cross the cables in the groove.

El SQUIDLOCK permite sacarle todo el partido a los amortiguadores FOX DPS, los cuales te permiten escoger entre 3 posicones - Open, Medium, and Firm - permitiendo a la bici adaptarse a cualquier tipo de terreno. Con el SQUIDLOCK desbloquearás esa posición intermedia, sacándole todo el partido a la tecnología DPS de FOX. Al mismo tiempo permite acceder a una posición intermedia sobre el ajuste de compresión de las horquillas FOX con cartucho GRIP (Performance Series). Las horquillas FOX con cartucho FIT4 (Factory Series) seguirán contando con dos posiciones (Firm and Open), pero contarás con el ajuste de compresión de la posición Open, mediante el dial negro en la barra derecha. Si en la descripción de su horquilla FOX con cartucho FIT4 (Factory Series) figura la siguiente especificación: 2Pos , quiere decir que el SQUIDLOCK en su posición intermedia del amortiguador FOX DPS (Posición Amortiguador: Medium) actuará de manera que la suspensión se mantendrá en abierto (Open) manteniendo así dos únicas posiciones sobre la horquilla, pero contando igualmente con el ajuste de compresión de la posición Open, mediante el dial negro en la barra derecha.

03. Montar ambos cables, asegurándose de que el extremo va colocado en su alojamiento. El otro extremo de cable fijarlo al regulador de horquilla o a la roldana del amortiguador del cuadro. * No cruzar los cables del remoto en el canal.

I NTRODUCCIÓ N La nueva bieleta de Rallon V2 te permite actualizar tu Rallon 2018-2019 para igualar tu bicicleta a los modelos 2020, que incluyen el nuevo conjunto de bieleta V2 de serie.
Rallon se adapte aún mejor al terreno y optimizar más aún el uso de amortiguadores de muelle. El comportamiento de los amortiguadores de aire también se ve mejorado por este cambio de cinemática y aumento de la sensibilidad.
La bieleta V2 incrementa el recorrido de la rueda trasera a 160mm sin necesidad de cambiar tu amortiguador. La nueva bieleta modifica la cinemática para conseguir mayor progresividad en el recorrido de la suspensión, a la vez que incrementa la sensibilidad en el primer tramo del recorrido para que tu
La nueva bieleta sigue permitiendo cambiar el punto de fijación del amortiguador para adaptar la geometría de tu Rallon. Los ángulos de dirección y del tubo de sillín dependerán del recorido de la horquilla montada.
Montar la bieleta V2 en cuadros 2018-2019 con horquilla de 160mm de recorrido, no afectará a la geometría de la bicicleta: GEOMETRÍA RALLON 2018-2019. RECORRIDO HORQUILLA 160mm:

Aumentando el recorrido de la horquilla a 170mm, junto con la bieleta V2, cambiará ligeramente los ángulos del tubo de sillín y de dirección para igualar la geometría a la de los modelos Rallon 2020.

Inserta el nuevo conjunto del eje y bieleta izquierda (con los rodamientos ya instalados) en el cuadro. Comprueba que los rodamientos del cuadro están en buen estado. Sustitúyelos si fuese necesario. Aplica una ligera capa de grasa de montaje al eje de la bieleta.

Aprieta el tornillo de fijación de la bieleta (15Nm) y retira la herramienta de precarga del eje de la bieleta. 9 Monta el prolongador del amortiguador, el amortiguador y los tirantes siguiendo los pares de apriete recomendados. Coloca los componentes en la misma posición en la que estaban antes de su desmontaje. · Tornillos bieleta-tirantes: 10Nm · Tornillos bieleta-prolongador del amortiguador: 12Nm · Tornillo de fijación del amortiguador al prolongador: 8Nm Para conocer los códigos de artículo del piecerío de los puntos de giro (tornillos y separadores) consulta el manual técnico Bluepaper Rallon OMR 2018-2020 de la sección de manuales de la web de Orbea.
Monta la bieleta derecha en el eje. Enrosca la herramienta de precarga de la bieleta en el lado derecho del eje de la bieleta y realiza la precarga hasta que no haya ningún juego de la bieleta en el eje.

MANTENIMIENTO Los productos Orbea son cuidadosamente diseñados para ser duraderos, eficientes y fáciles de mantener. Los cuadros de carbono y aluminio de Occam son extremadamente resistentes a la corrosión. Sin embargo, tu bicicleta Orbea necesita un mantenimiento periódico de sus componentes para su correcto funcionamiento y para asegurar su longevidad.
1) M A NT E NGA L I MPI A SU O C CA M Limpie su bicicleta con agua y un jabón suave para mantenerla como el primer día y poder comprobar el estado del cuadro y los componentes. No utilice agua a alta presión ni pulverice agua sobre los rodamientos ni sobre los tubos del cuadro. Los desengrasantes a base de cítricos son biodegradables y resultan muy eficaces para eliminar la grasa sucia de las marchas y la cadena.
2) M AN T ENGA LUB R I CA DA S U O C CA M Una vez que haya limpiado su bicicleta, llega el momento de lubricar la cadena. Utilice la mínima cantidad posible de lubricante para engrasar los eslabones; limpie cualquier exceso, ya que este atraerá la suciedad. Los rodamientos de la dirección y de los pivotes deben inspeccionarse al cabo de unos meses con el fin de verificar que funcionan con suavidad y garantizar que los retenes están intactos y que el lubricante se encuentra limpio.
3) I N SP ECCI ONE S U O C CA M A N TES DE CA DA SAL I DA Realice una inspección rápida antes de cualquier excursión para verificar que su bicicleta se encuentra en perfecto estado. Es habitual detectar en casa pequeños problemas que pueden convertirse en incidencias importantes durante el trayecto. CADENA: ¿está sucia o seca la cadena? ¿Emite algún ruido? Antes de emprender la marcha, limpie y lubrique la cadena. FRENOS: compruebe los frenos para cerciorarse de que funcionan correctamente. Verifique si falta o está flojo alguno de los tornillos del calibrador y el rotor. CUBIERTAS: inspeccione los laterales de las cubiertas para detectar cualquier posible daño. Compruebe y ajuste la presión de las ruedas. RUEDAS: gire las ruedas y
verifique si se produce alguna vibración; compruebe si hay algún radio roto o poco tenso. Compruebe las palancas de desenganche rápido para asegurarse de que funcionan correctamente. PARTE FRONTAL: siéntese sobre el sillín, apriete los frenos y mueva la bicicleta hacia delante y hacia atrás. Compruebe si se aprecia algún juego o golpeteo que pudiera indicar que la dirección está suelta, que los rotores o calibradores de los frenos están flojos o que los cojinetes de la horquilla están desgastados. PRUEBE LA BICI: realice un breve trayecto de ida y vuelta por su calle para cerciorarse de que los frenos y las marchas funcionan correctamente. Verifique si se escucha algún ruido poco habitual.
4 ) R O DA M IEN TOS Los rodamientos son un elemento de desgaste, los cuales deben estar en buenas condiciones para asegurar un correcto funcionamiento de los elementos de la bicicleta, tanto en ruedas, direcciones y pedalier, y especialmente en los elementos del cuadro en bicletas de doble suspensión. Comprueba periódicamente que los rodamientos giran libremente en su alojamientos y que no presentan ningún juego lateral. Rodamientos que no giren de manera adecuada o con cualquier juego lateral deben ser reemplazados inmediatamente para evitar desgaste y daño de los elementos del cuadro. Condiciones meteorológicas muy húmedas pueden provocar un desgaste más acelerado de los rodamientos. Evita lavar tu bicicleta con mangueras a presión. Ante cualquier duda, lleva tu bicicleta a un distribuidor Orbea para su correcto diagnóstico y mantenimiento.
DES P U ÉS DE UN GOLPE O IM PACTO Caerse de la bicicleta es inherente al ciclismo. Es imposible evitar que se produzcan accidentes de escasa gravedad. Si sufre un accidente con su OCCAM, asegúrese de que se encuentra bien y pida atención médica si es necesario. Si no ha sufrido lesiones, deberá verificar su bicicleta antes de continuar. 1) Inspeccione el cuadro y los componentes de la bicicleta para comprobar si han sufrido daños. Si detecta algún problema, no siga circulando con la bicicleta.
P U N TOS QU E DEBE REVISAR IInspeccione el cuadro y la horquilla para identificar si cualquiera de estos componentes se ha roto o doblado. Si detecta alguna rotura, debe dejar de utilizar la bicicleta inmediatamente. Compruebe la transmisión y gire las ruedas para asegurarse de que los componentes funcionen correctamente. Si descubre algún daño en los componentes, deje de utilizar la bicicleta inmediatamente. Incluso en el caso de que no observe daño alguno, preste la máxima atención al sonido de su bicicleta cuando vuelva a montar en ella. Las roturas y otros problemas pueden causar ruidos poco habituales. Con un correcto mantenimiento de su bicicleta se asegurará de que esta funciona adecuadamente y no presenta roturas ni emite chirridos. Investigue y localice el origen de cualquier ruido nuevo. 2) Lleve su bicicleta a su distribuidor Orbea para someterla a una inspección profesional. OVERVIEW The new Rallon linkage V2 allows you to update your 20182019 Rallon to the same frame specifications of the 2020 models, which include the V2 linkage from the factory. The V2 linkage boosts the rear wheel travel to 160mm without having the change your shock. The new linkage alters the kinematics to achieve greater progressivity through the swingarm travel. It also increases the sensitivity at the beginning of the stroke, making your Rallon comform to the terrain even better and optimizing the
use of coild shocks. The air shocks performance is also improved by the new kinematics and greater sensitivity. The new linkage still allows you to modify the shock lower fixing point to change the Rallon geometry from Low to Lower. The final headtube and seat tube angles will depend on the travel of the fork being used.
Updating a 2018-2019 Rallon using a 160mm fork with the new linkage will not alter the bike´s geometry. RALLON 2018-2019 GEOMETRY. 160MM FORK TRAVEL.

Insert the new left linkage and axle assembly (with the bearings already installed) into the frame. Check that the frame bearings are in good working order and replace them if needed. Apply a thin layer of assembly grease onto the linkage axle. 7
Tighten the right linkage fixing bolt (15Nm) and remove the preload tool from the linkage axle. 9 Install the shock extender, the shock and the seatstays following the recommended torque settings. Install all components and hardware in the same order they were originally. - Linkage-seatstays bolts: 10Nm - Linkage-shock extender bolts: 12Nm - Lower shock fixing bolt: 8Nm To know the pivot points hardware (spacers and bolts) article codes, consult the technical manual Bluepaper Rallon OMR 2018-2020 from the manuals section of the Orbea´s website.
Slide the right linkage onto the axle. Screw the preload tool into the right side of the axle and tighten the tool until there is no play of the linkage on the axle.

MAINTENANCE Orbea products are carefully designed to be long-lasting, efficient and easy to maintain. The carbon and aluminum frames on the Rallon are extremely corrosion-resistant. However, your Orbea bicycle needs regular maintenance of its components in order to work properly and to ensure their longevity.
TEST RIDE Take a quick ride up and down the street to make sure your bike is shifting and braking properly. Listen for unusual noises.
1) K EEP YOUR R AL LON C LEA N
Bearings are one element subject to wear and tear. They must be in good condition to ensure that the other parts of the bicycle work correctly: on the wheels, the steering column and the bottom bracket, and particularly on the parts of the full suspension bicycle frame. Regularly check to make sure that the bearings turn freely in their housing and there are no signs of lateral play. Bearings that do not turn properly or that have any lateral play must be replaced immediately in order to prevent wear and tear to the parts of the frame. Very damp weather conditions can cause the bearings to wear out faster. Avoid washing your bicycle with pressurized water hoses. If you have any questions, take your bicycle to an Orbea dealer for correct diagnosis and maintenance.
Washing your bike with mild soap and water will keep you looking stylish and allow you to check the condition of the frame and components. Don’t use high water pressure and avoid spraying water into bearings or frame tubes. Citrus degreasers are biodegradeable and do a great job of remo-ving dirty grease from gears and chain.
2) K EEP YOUR R AL LON LU BE D Once your bike is clean, it’s a good time to put fresh lube on the chain. Use only enough to get inside the links and wipe off any excess because it will attract dirt. Headset and pivot bearings should be inspected every few months for smoothness and to ensure that the seals are intact and lube is clean.
3 ) I N SP ECT YOUR R ALLO N B E F O R E YO U R I D E Do a quick check before every ride to make sure your bike is in excellent condition. It is very common to discover small issues at home that can become big problems on the trail. CHAIN Is the chain dirty, noisy or dry? Clean and lube your chain before riding. BRAKES Check your brakes to make sure they are working correctly. Check for missing/ loose caliper and rotor bolts. TIRES Look for damage to the sidewalls of your tires. Check and adjust tire pressu-re. WHEELS Spin the wheels and look for wobbles, check for loose or broken spokes. Check quick release levers to make sure they are functioning properly. FRONT END Stand over the saddle, pull on the brakes and rock the bike back and forth. Feel for any play or knocking that might indicate a loose headset, loose brake rotors or calipers, or worn fork bushings.
4 ) B EA R IN GS
A FTER A CRASH OR IM PACT Falling is part of riding and it’s impossible to avoid minor accidents. If you crash your Rallon, please make sure you are okay and seek medical attention if necessary. If you are not injured, you should check your bike before continuing: 1) Inspect your frame and components for damage. Do not ride your bike if any problems are detected.
WHAT TO LOO K FOR Inspect Frame and fork for evidence of cracking or bending. If cracks are discovered, discontinue use immedia-tely. Check the drivetrain and spin the wheels to make sure components are operating correctly. If you discover da-mage to your components, discontinue use immediately. Even if you don’t find any damage, pay careful attention to the sound of your bike when you continue riding. Unusual noises can be caused by cracks or other problems. A well-maintained bike will be quiet and free of creaks or squeaks. Investigate and locate the source of any new noises. 2) Bring your bike to your Orbea dealer for professio-nal inspection. Some damage can only be detected by disassembling the bike to check for cracks or other signs of stress. A crash or impact can put extraordinary stress on your bike and components, causing them to fail or to fa-tigue prematurely. Failure can happen suddenly with no warning, causing loss of control, serious injury or death.

This warranty extends the original period of coverage against pain, varnish or corrosion defects on our frames and rigid forks for one additional year after the end of the legal warranty period.

· The seatpost must be in the fully extended position in order to hang or lift the bicycle by the seatpost/saddle. To store your bicycle or seatpost, do it in the fully extended position. · Do not lubricate the seatpost stanchion. If it is dirty, clean it following this guide´s indications. · Overtightening the seatpost clamp beyond the recommended torque settings might cause damage and affect the seatpost operation. Follow the frame/seatpost clamp recommended torque settings. · Replace the collar ring assembly, the bushings and the guides after every 100 hours of use. This job should be carried out by a professional dealer. · Follow all the recommended torque settings. · Always use soft jaws to clamp the OC2 Dropper on the work stand.

Insert the seatpost into the seat tube until it reaches the minimum insertion mark and tighten the seatpost clamp (5Nm-6Nm). If you know the final saddle height, you can insert the seatpost (fully extended) until the desired saddle height is reached so a shorter lenght of outer cable is needed. Tighten the seatpost clamp (5Nm-6Nm).
Install the OC Components or Shimano SL-MT800-L I-Spec remote lever on your preferred position on the left side of the handlebar.
OC2 DROPPER INSTALLATION

Install the outer cable into the frame following the frame´s specific routing. Intruduce it into the port on the front of the bike and guide it until it comes out of the seat tube. 20-25cm should protrude out of the seat post. If your bike already had a seatpost installed, disassemble it from the bike before installing the outer cable into the frame. On new bikes equipped with the OC2 dropper, the outer cable might already be installed.

Install a 4mm plastic ferrule on the outer cable end coming out of the seatpost. Insert this end of the outer cable into the seatpost actuator´s housing.

Take the outer cable end at the front of the bike to the remote lever to determine the lenght needed. Turn the handlebar both ways to ensure they turn free all the way and the outer cable does not interfere with other cables or components. Cut the outer cable using a bike specific cable cutter. Install a 4mm plastic ferrule onto the outer cable´s end.
6 Loosen the seatpost clamp and pull from the OC Dropper seatpost until it is out of the seat tube. Push the outer cable from the end of the bike until a portion protrudes from the seat post.

Insert a gear cable into the outer cable from the seatpost end.

Install the gear cable´s head into its housing on the seatpost actuator and insert the outer cable into its housing on the seatpost base.

Insert the seatpost into the seat tube while carefully pulling from the outer cable from the front of the bike until the seatpost is at the desired height. The arrow on the saddle clamp should point to the front of the bike. Tighten the seatpost clamp (5Nm-6Nm) On aluminum frames, apply a thin layer of lithium grease on the part of the seatpost that will be inserted into the frame. On carbon frames use carbon assembly compound.

Guide the cable through the remote´s barrel adjuster and through the hole on the lever. Lightly pull from the cable to remove any slack and tighen the lever setscrew (1,2Nm). Cut the cable and install a metal cable end.

Adjust the cable tension with the barrel adjuster until there is no play on the lever. New cables can develop slack until they completely settle, remove any slack with the barrel adjuster after the first rides.

SERVICE This guide is intended for authorized Orbea dealers. The service and repair of the OC2 Dropper should not be carried out by the end consumer, risking damages to the components that are not covered by the warranty.

After every 100 hours of use, or in case of excesive play on the seatpost, the bushings, guides and the seal collar ring should be replaced.
DISASSEMBLY Tools needed: · 3mm Allen wrench. · 10mm Allen wrench. · Assembly grease With your bare hands, unscrew the seal collar ring and remove the outer tube from the upper tube assembly.
1 Completely remove the seatpost from the bike. Remove the saddle and the saddle clamp assembly.

Hold the seatpost with your hand or soft rubber jaws and use a 10mm Allen wrench to unscrew the actuator from the base of the seatpost.

With a 3mm Allen wrench, unscrew the setscrew at the back of the seatpost head. Remove the hydraulic cartridge from the inside of the upper tube assembly. Remove the rubber bottom out bumpers from the cartridge shaft. Clean the cartridge with a soft cloth if you are going to re-use it.

Remove the lower and upper bushing from the upper seatpost assembly.

Remove the plastic guides from the upper tube assembly. You can use a small screwdriver to remove them from their housing. Be careful not the scratch any surface.

Slide down the seal collar ring to remove it from the upper tube.

Clean thoroughly all components before assembling back the OC2 Dropper. Use new bushings, guides and seal collar ring (kit E)

Slide the seal collar ring onto the upper tube. Install the upper bushing.

Completely insert the hydraulic cartridge into the seatpost assembly so the notch on the top of the cartridge is aligned with the setscrew on the back of the seatpost head. With a 3mm Allen wrench, tighten the setscrew on the seatpost head (1.4Nm). Pull from the cartridge shaft to make sure the cartridge is correctly installed. Insert the upper tube assembly into the lower tube. Ensure the guides slide into the notches on the lower tube. The OC logo should be aligned with the higher part of upper tube head (back of the seatpost).
Screw and tighten with your bare hands the seal collar ring.

The hydraulic cartridge, the lower tube and the upper tube of the OC2 Dropper have specific lenghts for each seatpost size (drop). Order the correct kit for your seatpost. Do not mix components from different lenght kits.

Install the rubber bottom out bumpers onto the cartridge shaft.

Slide the lower tube upwards and screw the actuator assembly. To avoid crossthreading the shaft, first screw a couple of turns the actuator assembly onto the shaft, then slide the outer tube downwards and screw the actuator assembly into the lower tube. Tighten the actuator assembly to 5Nm using a 10mm allen wrench.

Al amacenar la bicicleta o la tija, hazlo con la tija en la posición extendida. · No lubriques la barra de la tija. Si tiene suciedad, limpialá siguiendo las instrucciones de esta guía. · Sobrepasar el par de apriete recomendado del cierre de la tija puede afectar la acción de la tija. Sigue las recomendaciones de apriete del cuadro/cierre de tija. · Cada 100 horas de uso reemplaza el retén, los casquillos y las guías (kit E). Inserta la tija en el tubo de sillín hasta la marca de inserción mínima y aprieta el tornillo del cierre de la tija (5Nm6Nm). Si conoces la altura de sillín final para la bici, puedes introducir la tija en el tubo de sillín (totalmente extendida) hasta alcanzar la altura de sillín deseada para usar menos longitud de funda. Aprieta el tornillo del cierre de la tija (5Nm-6Nm).
Instala el remoto de la tija OC Components o Shimano SL-MT800-L I-Spec en la posición preferida en el lado izquierdo del manillar (1,6Nm-2Nm).
MONTAJE DE LA TIJA OC2 DROPPER

Instala la funda de cable por en interior del cuadro siguiendo en guiado específico del cuadro. Ve intruduciendo la funda en el cuadro desde el frontal de la bicicleta hasta que unos 20-25 cm de funda sobresalgan por el tubo del sillín. Si tu bici ya tenía una tija instalada, desmonta la tija antigua antes de instalar la funda en el cuadro. Para bicis nuevas equipadas con la tija OC2 Dropper, la funda podría estar ya preinstalada en el cuadro.

Instala un tope en el extremo de la funda saliendo por el tubo de sillín. Inserta este extremo de la funda en el alojamiento del accionador de la base de la tija OC2 Dropper.

Lleva el extremo de la funda instalada previamente desde el frontal de la bicicleta al remoto de la tija para determinar la longitud de la funda. Gira el manillar para asegurarte de que el giro no se ve limitado en modo alguno por la funda y ésta no interfiere con cualquier otra funda o componente. Corta la funda usando un cortacables específico a la longitud deseada. Instala un tope de funda en el extremo recién cortado. 6 Afloja el cierre de la tija y tira de la tija OC2 Dropper hasta que salga completamente del cuadro. Introduce la funda desde el frontal de la bici hasta que una porción salga del tubo de sillín.

Inserta el cable de cambio en la funda desde el extremo del tubo de sillín.

Instala la cabeza del cable en el alojamiento de la base de la tija e inserta la funda en el tope de la base.

Inserta la tija en el cuadro mientras tiras suavemente del extremo opuesto de la funda en el frontal de la bici hasta que la tija esté a la altura deseada. La flecha en la parte superior de la nuez de la tija debe apuntar hacia el frontal de la bicicleta. Aprieta el cierre de la tija (5Nm-6Nm) En cuadros de aluminio, aplica una pequeña cantidad de grasa de montaje en la parte de la tija que irá introducida en el cuadro antes de instalar la tija. En cuadros de carbono, usa pasta de montaje de carbono.

Inserta el cable a través del tensor de cable del remoto y a través del agujero de la maneta. Tira ligeramente del cable para eliminar juego y aprieta el prisionero (1.2Nm). Corta el cable e instala un terminal de metal.

Ajusta la tensión de cable con el ajuste del remoto hasta que la maneta no tenga juego. Tras los primeros usos puede ser necesario volver a ajustar la tensión del cable en la maneta.

MANTENIMIENTO Las instruciones de esta sección están dirigidas únicamente a los distribuidores especializados Orbea. El mantenimiento y reparación de la tija OC2 Dropper no debe ser llevada a cabo por el consumidor, pudiendo ocasionarse daños a los componentes que no cubre la garantía.

Cada 100 horas de uso o en caso de que la tija OC2 Dropper muestre juego excesivo, las guías, el conjunto de retén y los casquillos del conjunto superior de la tija deben ser reemplazados. DESMONTAJE Herramientas necesarias: · Llave Allen de 3mm · Llave Allen de 10mm · Grasa de montaje Desenrosca el retén con la mano y separa el conjunto superior de la tija del tubo inferior.
1 Desmonta la tija de la bicicleta completamente. Desmonta el sillín y el conjunto de la nuez de la tija.

Agarra la tija con la mano o en mordazas de goma y con la llave Allen de 10mm desenrosca el conjunto del actuador de la base de la tija.

Con una llave Allen de 3mm, desenrosca el prisionero de de la parte posterior de la cabeza de la tija y saca el cartucho hidráulico del interior de la tija. Retira los topes de goma del vástago del cartucho. Limpia bien el cartucho con un trapo si vas a volver a usarlo.

Retira el casquillo inferior y el casquillo superior del tubo superior de la tija.

Retira las guías del tubo superior de la tija, puedes ayudarte con un destornillador pequeño, con cuidado de no arañar ningún componente, para sacarlas de sus alojamientos.

Desliza el conjunto del retén hacia abajo y sepáralo de la tija.

Limpia bien todas las partes antes de ensamblar la tija OC2 Dropper de nuevo. Usa casquillos, guías y retén nuevos (kit E)

Aplica una fina capa de grasa de montaje en la zona en la que irán ambos casquillos y las guías.

Desliza el tubo superior en el tubo inferior de la tija asegurándote de que las guías del tubo superior se deslizan en las muescas del tubo inferior. La parte con el logo OC debe quedar alineada con la parte alta de la cabeza de la tija (parte posterior).

Monta el casquillo inferior, asegurándote de que queda bien instalado en las muescas de la base.

Enrosaca y aprieta a mano el retén.
Inserta completamente el cartucho hidráulico dentro de la tija de manera que la muesca del tetón de la parte superior del cartucho quede alineada con el prisionero de la cabeza de la tija. Con una llave Allen de 3mm, aprieta el prisionero de la cabeza de la tija (1.4Nm). Tira ligeramente del vástago del cartucho para asegurarte de que está correctamente instalado.
