A

s the final months of 2025 go by, the sky takes us through a sequence of courage, balance, reflection, and vision. Each lunation is a call for intention to become action, challenging us to not merely exist but to generate life. Through process with the cyclical rhythm of New Moons and Full Moons, you enter a flow where spirituality intersects hard work.

October begins with the Full Moon in Aries on October 7, also referred to as the Hunter’s Moon. This fiery lunation demands courage, autonomy, and honesty. It demands that you find the warrior within. One of the easiest rituals is mirror work. Sit before your mirror and state your truth out loud with love. You may feel energy rising in your voice, energy that has always been there but required the light of the Full Moon to truly be known.

The New Moon in Libra falls on October 21, and it is a call to restore balance. New Moons are for new starts, but recall, the Moon is dark and has no light in its exact moment of birth. Attempting to bring into being during this darkness is like attempting to push into thin air. Wait two days until the crescent is beginning to grow before creating your intentions.

This honours the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle. When the Moon first is visible, hold rose quartz and lapis lazuli together, speak a word of harmony, and leave your words between the stones. Carry them with you as a gentle shield of balance and alignment.

In November, Mercury retrograde takes centre stage.

From November 9-29 Mercury retrogrades in Sagittarius, will be slowing communication and progress. Retrogrades are not times of disaster but of reflection. This is a chance to turn back to familiar ideas, rework incomplete projects, and look at the underpinnings of your creative or digital work. Reach out to a wise mentor in this window of time, allowing insight to flow in ways that can move you forward when Mercury next turns direct.

The November 20 New Moon in Scorpio calls for transformation at the root level. Scorpio energy calls us to face what we are willing to release. Write a letter to an old fear or limiting belief, letting your truth pour onto paper. When you’re ready, bury the letter in the earth to return it to the earth or release it in fire to let it rise as smoke. This ritual purifies space so fertile ground may be made for rebirth.

December starts with the Full Moon in Gemini on December 5. This air lunation shines light on communication, expression, and authenticity. The request is to speak your truth; put pen to paper and write out a story you have been holding within or share even a piece of your message with a trusted individual. With this moon, even the smallest action of expression can flow outward, stirring confidence and connection.

The final lunation of the year, the Sagittarian New Moon of December 20, closes out the cycle with visionary energy.

Time to vision and speak boldly. But once more, as with all New Moons, wait to manifest until the crescent appears.

Once the light begins returning, write out five bold intentions by candlelight, placing a chip of Citrine on each page so they are filled with hope and purpose. Make your vision board, accessible to yourself at all times as a reminder of the future you are stepping into.

The rhythm of the Moon is simple but strong. With each New Moon, choose one aligned action, small and exact, and schedule it into your week. With each Full Moon, take time to celebrate what you’ve done, light a candle, speak out your gratitude, or treat yourself. It is the cycle of intention, action, and celebration that bridges the spiritual and practical. It is the essence of The Manifestation Flowchart Course, which I created to help spiritual seekers align with their highest potential and bring their visions into form.

As the year comes to a close, step outside, spread your arms wide, and shout out three triumphs of your year. Bask in the sun’s warmth upon your skin and let gratitude overflow your heart. e live in a world that rarely lets us exhale.

From the moment we wake, we’re pulled outward — by schedules, screens, conversations, and the unspoken pressure to be ‘on’. But there’s a quiet power in pausing; in choosing to become still. It’s in that space that we remember our own wisdom.

As a psychic and spiritual guide, people often come to me seeking clarity. But what they’re really longing for is something simpler: stillness. Not the absence of thought, but the presence of themselves. The pause is where intuition lives. It’s where your inner oracle speaks.

1. The Breath and the Body: A Two-Minute Grounding No tools. No music. Just breath.

I sit with both feet on the earth and breathe in through my nose for four counts, out through my mouth for six. I imagine roots from the soles of my feet anchoring deep into the soil.

Sometimes I place one hand over my heart, the other on my belly.

This is how I return to my centre — not by escaping, but by fully arriving in my body.

Even two minutes of this creates a subtle shift. Your nervous system settles. Your energy clears. It’s from here that we access true guidance.

2. Create a Portal, Not a Performance Spiritual practice doesn’t have to look a certain way. You don’t need the perfect altar or the perfect incense. You need presence.

Before a session or meditation, I simply light a candle with intention. That flame becomes a portal, a symbol that I’m stepping into sacred space, with myself or another.

You can do this anywhere. A candle. A breath. A whispered word. Ritual is how we remind ourselves that something meaningful is about to happen.

3. The Whisper Journal: Conversations with Your Inner Oracle This is one of my most treasured practices.

At the top of a journal page, I write: “What does my inner voice want me to know today?”

Then I listen — truly listen — and let my pen move.

Sometimes it’s just a sentence. Sometimes it’s pages. What matters is the honesty. Over time, this becomes a living record of your intuitive wisdom. You’ll begin to recognise its rhythm, gentle, compassionate, clear.

The Truth About Intuition Most people think intuition comes as lightning — a sudden flash of knowing. But more often, it’s a whisper. A quiet nudge.

A flicker of truth beneath the noise.

We don’t have to chase it.

We just have to make space for it to arrive.

OracleME: Your work is grounded in helping women come home to themselves, especially in midlife. What does that mean to you?

Michelle: For me, it is not about reinventing yourself. It is about remembering yourself. The woman underneath the roles, the conditioning, the survival.

The woman who is still there, even if she has been quiet for a long time.

I work with women who have reached a point where they feel like they have disappeared into their own lives.

They are still showing up for everyone else, but they cannot quite hear themselves anymore. That silence is not emptiness. It is the beginning of something sacred.

OracleME: You have lived through some of those patterns yourself. What shifted for you?

Michelle: I spent years trying to be who I thought I needed to be. I shaped myself around other people’s needs, expectations, and dysfunctions. Like a lot of women, I learned to over-function, and eventually, I burned out emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

me into vocational education, where I trained adults stepping into caregiving and teaching roles, learning how to support others without losing themselves.

Alongside that, motherhood shaped me in ways no qualification ever could. It refined my intuition and taught me how to stay soft in the mess.

And woven through it all has been the spiritual thread. A quiet knowing that began to take shape in my teenage years, deepened by experience, and strengthened by loss, rage, silence, and love.

None of it was not important and necessary and every piece exists within the way I hold space for others and myself.

OracleME: For those who are not familiar, what exactly is a Sacred Remembrance session?

Michelle: Sacred Remembrance is for women who feel like they have lost connection with themselves emotionally, energetically, or spiritually. It is a 90-minute 1:1 session where we map the energy she is sitting in, and the version of her that is quietly trying to emerge.

We draw from her natal chart, her progressed moon, her soul path, and her Human Design blueprint, but the session is intuitive, not just analytical. It is a space of remembering, not fixing. A return to the truth beneath all the noise.

But I also learned that the unravelling is part of the becoming. The mess is part of the medicine. My turning point came when I realised, I could not live in survival mode anymore. I had to decide that my own voice, my own energy, mattered as much as everyone else’s.

That is why I do not separate my personal experience from the way I hold space now. My sessions are built from lived wisdom, not just learned knowledge. I have walked through it, and I still walk with it.

OracleME: You have worked in early childhood, vocational education, and now spiritual advocacy.

What exactly is spiritual advocacy, and how do all those threads come together?

Michelle: Spiritual advocacy is about walking beside someone as they come home to themselves. It is not about fixing or pushing. It is about honouring what is trying to emerge and holding space for that process with presence and care.

The way I work now is shaped by every season I have lived. Not just what I have studied, but what I have carried. I started in early childhood education, working within a framework built on being, belonging, and becoming, language that still guides me today. That led

OracleME: You mention in your podcast and writing that many women feel like they have disappeared into their own lives. Overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, and quietly disconnected. Can you speak to what you are seeing?

Michelle: Absolutely. A lot of women are functioning. They are doing what needs to be done.

But underneath, they feel hollow, flat, or like they are watching life happen from the edges.

It is not just physical exhaustion. It is the emotional weight of being everything for everyone, of carrying things that were never really theirs. That disconnection is often misunderstood. But I see it as a signal, a sacred one. It is the soul saying, this is not sustainable. It is time to come home.

OracleME: You have said your work is less about empowerment and more about energetic restoration.

What does that mean?

Michelle: Empowerment is beautiful, but a lot of women I work with are already powerful. They are strong. They have survived so much. What they really need is permission to rest, to stop over-giving, to trust their own rhythm.

So instead of pushing them to do more, I hold space for them to soften. To restore their energy. To notice what is ready to leave and what is longing to return.

That is where the real shift happens, not through effort, but through remembrance.

OracleME: What happens after a Sacred Remembrance session?

Michelle: Every woman is different, but there are common threads. Some leave with immediate clarity.

They make a decision, have a conversation, or release something that has been weighing them down. Others feel a softer shift that unfolds over weeks.

It is important to know that the work does not end when the call does. What we open in that space continues to move. It is like planting seeds. Some sprout quickly, others take their time.

Her respect for the subconscious is non-negotiable. “I don’t humiliate it, I honour it. The subconscious is sacred.”

The Oracle Whispers: Whispered from the Oracle Within

I

have been a writer for most of my life.

I love writing. I love inspiring others.

I wrote mostly poetry, particularly throughout my childhood and teenage years. As I grew into adulthood, my writing evolved and expanded, with songs, non-fiction and fiction stories, greeting cards, workshops, inspirational content, spiritual content, pendulum boards, pendulum game and oracle card decks.

It is a rarity to find me without pen and paper, everywhere I go, for you never know when some sort of inspiration is going to be whispered in my ear or pop into my heart. Funnily enough, there have been many times when I have awoken at around 3:33am with inspiration that I just simply had to get down on paper. So, whether it is on my bedside table or out travelling around somewhere, I have learnt to always have a pen and notebook of some size with me at all times.

About 26 years ago, my life changed forever. I re-opened up to my spiritual side after hiding it away for around 13 years. The oracle within me was immerging and breaking free. I was constantly hearing my own oracle whispers, telling me it’s time. It was exciting and amazing, I felt alive. But I

still kept it a secret from most people for quite some time, because of the stigma that still surrounded the spiritual world at the time. I was worried about what they would think. So, I suppressed it for a little longer.

LOL! Big mistake that was. The more I tried to suppress my spirituality, the more prominent it became in my everyday life and the louder the oracle whispers within became. About 16 years ago I stopped worrying about other people and started embracing who I was always meant to be — an oracle myself.

My writing took on an incredible life of its own. The wisdom within me was flowing like never before. I have created many new and amazing inspirational works, which I now get to publish and share with the world.

I love sharing it in groups as well, for then I get to share the raw emotions of my writing with people in person and witness their heartfelt reactions to my words. It’s a magical thing to witness, when someone else feels so deeply the words you wrote.

The oracle within me is always whispering things to me and this is how my first oracle deck has come about — ‘The Oracle Whispers’.

I was sitting on my swing-chair near the garden one day and poetry popped into my head. It was not a normal poem; in fact, it was not even one poem. It was a number of small 4-line poems.

I thought that was odd, but trusting myself and my inner oracle, I just let it flow until no more came (for now). I asked my oracle what was this all about.

The reply was, “These are whispers for you to share with the world.”

As time went on, the oracle whispered when she felt that I was ready to listen for more. All together it has been a 3-year process, as the oracle has allowed me to deal with life along the way for which I was eternally grateful.

Over that time, it was clear that this beautiful deck, came in 3 parts; a 4-line poem, a message of power words for each poem, and an expanded meaning for each poem. Then there came the time when the oracle said I was done, and before me in my own handwriting was 44 poems along with its meanings and words. It was like a breath of fresh air when I had finished. I felt as light as a feather and my heart was filled with such joy and gratitude for the gift of words I held in my hands and heart.

The final step was to get it published.

Without putting much effort into looking for a publisher, the Oracle Queen Publishing company, literally fell into my lap. This was meant to be, I thought. Then the final steps in the journey of The Oracle Whispers began.

Lions Gate

O

n the morning of 10 August 2025, under the roaring alignment of the Lions Gate Portal, my son chose to enter.

The air was thick with cosmic fire, the waters warm and ready to receive him. My body opened, ancient and primal, low hums and “ahh” tones spilling from me like a frequency sung into the bones of the Earth — a song to call him home.

Between the roars, screams, and guttural sounds, I built a bridge between worlds. I wasn’t just giving birth — I was anchoring a soul.

Then he emerged — three coils of cord around his neck, as if the world tried to hold him back. The water held him first, still and silent, while his spirit wrestled for breath. This was his initiation: to meet resistance before his first inhale, to feel the pressure and urgency to live.

With every heartbeat, he declared himself a warrior. He broke through, gasped life into his lungs, and claimed his place here. That moment became his imprint — a hunger for air, for life, for the sheer miracle of existing. He is of water and fire. Of cosmic gate and earthly struggle. His voice will one day rise with purpose, for it was once bound and fought to be free.

The Lineage Work This birth didn’t begin in August 2025 — it began with my lineage.

I honour the womb priestesses, crones, and mothers before me. I honour the portal of grief, the wisdom of birthing death with reverence, and the sacred work of preparing my nervous system to transmute pain into the ecstasy of life.

I honour my soul sisters — especially Felicia Lee, Oracle of Codex, midwife of timelines — for seeing me fully and helping me decode what was coming.

I had died before. On my 39th birthday last year, I lost a long-awaited pregnancy — my fifth, after three miscarriages. In that moment of grief, Felicia’s words cut through: “You’ve done it before, you can do it again.” And in the silence of grief and surrender, I profoundly heard my ancestors whisper: “This is your final initiation.”

I prepared my body alone. I would not abandon myself. I practised meeting pain with pleasure, training my womb and yoni to relax, not resist. I knew this would be ‘practise’ for the birth I had long been awaiting.

I used self-photography as ritual during this process, documenting my journey and experience, reclaiming my human and divine form. This grief alchemy became an art installation I shared on Mother’s Day — my family and community witnessing the words and images that remade me. Something I felt was required to share publicly, as part of my own ceremony and celebration.

The Vision Made Flesh Years ago, I saw a vision of a home water birth.

This August, under the Lions Gate, it became reality.

The Birth Itself In labour, my low tones became a frequency anchor, harmonising with contractions, softening my pelvic floor, and creating a field of safety for my son.

The screams and roars that followed were pure life force — the ‘ring of fire’ embodied. Surrounded by water yet moving through fire, I crossed my own threshold alongside him.

When he emerged with the cord around his neck three times, I knew it was symbolic.
