FROM MY EXPERIENCE The Illusion of Visibility When I look at the operations I’ve worked alongside over the last few years, the same pattern shows up.

The data is already there. The visibility is already good. What’s missing is the intelligence between those two things and the outcome.

Where Decisions Break Down A planner with the best data in the world is still making decisions against rules of thumb and yesterday’s pattern. A field service tool with full real-time visibility is still routing engineers based on logic that hasn’t been mathematically tested. A TMS with a beautiful dashboard is still allocating loads using a process that, if you watch it for a day, looks more manual than automated.

That’s a different conversation to the one most AI vendors are having, and it’s where the real value over the next twelve months will get unlocked.
