Status Date: 31 October 2012

Overview The RSD has $383 million in open contracts for the capital program after issuing $26.7 million in new contracts and $1.6 million in change orders and amendments in October. In addition, the total change orders to date, $7.6 million, account for approximately three percent (2.61%) of the total open construction contracts. RSD anticipates issuing approximately $3.3 million in construction contracts and professional service contracts/amendments in November.

The OPSB has $96.8 million in open contracts for the capital program after issuing $1.7 million in new contracts, change orders and amendments in October. In addition, the total change orders to date, $1.08 million, account for approximately two percent (1.57 %) of the total open construction contracts. OPSB anticipates issuing approximately $685 thousand in construction contracts and professional service contracts in November.
