Overview The RSD has $385 million in open contracts for the capital program after issuing $1.9 million in new contracts and $833 thousand in change orders and amendments in November. In addition, the total change orders to date, $7.7 million, account for approximately three percent (2.60%) of the total open construction contracts. RSD anticipates issuing approximately $694 thousand in construction contracts

and

contracts/amendments in December.

The OPSB has $96.8 million in open contracts for the capital program after issuing no new contracts and $177 thousand in change orders and amendments in November. In addition, the total change orders to date, $1.09 million, account for approximately two percent (1.59 %) of the total open construction contracts. OPSB anticipates issuing approximately $352 thousand in construction contracts and professional service contracts in December.
