Recommendation: That the Orleans Parish School Board approves settlement as proposed by the General Counsel. 2. Orleans Parish School Board v. Edouard R. Quatrevaux, In His Official Capacity as Inspector General for the City of New Orleans and/or The Office of the Inspector General, CDC No. 2013-6630; Subpoena Duces Tecum. Recommendation: That the Orleans Parish School Board authorizes an appeal of the trial court’s judgment denying the School Board’s motion to quash the Inspector General’s administrative subpoena duces tecum.
