Não me prometeram empregos ou salários, casa, carros ou bens materiais. Declaro que minha decisão, com base em informações que obtive de diversas fontes e através de pesquisas realizadas por mim mesmo, foi tomada com a mente clara e sã quando optei por ir ao Brasil. Declaro que estou ciente de que uma vez no Brasil, receberei apoio socioeconômico para recomeçar e, de forma autônoma, me estabelecer no Brasil para viver uma vida digna conquistada por meus próprios esforços. Desta forma, assumo a responsabilidade pelas consequências que virão com a minha mudança, o choque cultural, a procura de emprego, a possibilidade de atraso na validação do meu diploma, a probabilidade de enfrentar dificuldades com as diferenças de clima, linguagem e tantos desafios que me parecerão comuns a qualquer pessoa que mude seu ambiente. Comprometo-me a buscar toda a ajuda que as Instituição Financiadora e Entidade Acolhedora me ofereceu e a me esforçar para me adaptar a eles, a fim de agilizar meu processo de aculturação e agilizar a regularização de meus documentos. Além disso, comprometo-me a aceitar as orientações oferecidas pelas Instituição Financiadora e Entidade Acolhedora, através dos profissionais que me são apresentados, principalmente nos primeiros momentos após minha chegada ao Brasil, que – entendo – mitigarão as esperadas crises de depressão, saudade e o sentimento de não pertencimento. Estou ciente de que a não adesão aos programas e assistências oferecidos pelas Instituição Financiadora e Entidade Acolhedora resultará na minha demissão de sua lista de beneficiários, sem qualquer responsabilidade pelas consequências decorrentes de minha decisão. Por fim, declaro que tenho conhecimento e autorizo a circulação, por meio digital, de dados e imagens a mim referentes, inclusive os de natureza sensível, desde que tal circulação ocorra com a finalidade exclusiva de atender meu pedido de acolhimento humanitário e futuro assentamento no território brasileiro.
TERM OF RESPONSABILITY I, below identified, declare for all due purposes that I came to Brazil of my own free will. I also affirm that at no time I felt coerced, pressured, forced or received any illicit benefits, such as bribes, to leave my country and come to Brazil. I have not been promised jobs or salaries, house, cars or material goods. I declare that my decision, based on information that I have obtained from various sources and through research carried out by myself was made with a clear and sound mind when I chose to go Brazil. I declare that I am aware that once in Brazil, I will receive socio-economic support to start over and, autonomously, settle in Brazil to live a dignified life achieved by my own efforts. In this way, I take responsibility for the consequences that will come due to my move, the cultural shock, the search for a job, the possibility of delay in the validation of my diploma, the probability of facing difficulties with the differences in climate, language and so many challenges that will appear to me common to any person who changes their environment. I undertake to seek all the help that Financing Institution and Hosting Entity has offered me and to make an effort to adapt to them, in order to hasten my acculturation process and speed up the regularization of my documents. Furthermore, I undertake to accept the guidelines offered by Financing Institution and Hosting Entity, through the professionals who are presented to me, especially in the first moments after my arrival in Brazil, which – I understand – will mitigate the expected crises of depression, homesickness and the feeling of not belonging. I am aware that non-adherence to the programs and assistance offered by Financing Institution and Hosting Entity will result in my dismissal from its list of beneficiaries, without any responsibility for the consequences arising from my decision. Finally, I declare that I am aware of and authorize the circulation, by digital means of data and images referring to me, including those of a sensitive nature, provided that such circulation takes place with the exclusive purpose of meeting my request for humanitarian reception and future settlement in the Brazilian territory.

تطمیع قرار نگرفته و یا وعده دریافت یا پرداخت، تهدید، فشار،همچنین تاکید می‌کنم که هیچ‌وقت برای ترک کشورم و آمدن به برازیل مورد اجبار . ماشین و کاالهای مادی داده نشده است، خانه، سمت و حقوق، به من وعده شغل.مزایای غیرقانونی مانند رشوه نداشته‌ام با استفاده از تمام،اظهار می‌کنم که تصمیم من بر اساس اطالعاتی که از منابع مختلف به‌دست آورده‌ام و با تحقیقاتی که خودم انجام داده‌ام . بنابراین خودم تصمیم گرفتم به کشور برازیل بروم،ظرفیت‌های ذهنی‌ام اتخاذ شده است

از تمامی کمک هایی که موسسه تمویل،اینجانب متعهد می شوم برای تسریع در روند فرهنگ پذیری و تسریع در تنظیم مدارک اقامت و تحصیلی . درخواست کرده و برای تطبیق با آنها تالش نمایم،کننده و موسسه میزبان به من ارائه کرده است
من متعهد می شوم دستورالعمل های ارائه شده توسط موسسه تمویل کننده و موسسه میزبان را که از طریق همکاران این موسسه به،عالوه بر این بحران های متوقعه تغییر کشور و محیط مانند- من درک می کنم- که، به ویژه در اولین لحظات پس از ورودم به برازیل، بپذیرم،من ارائه می شود . دلتنگی و یک بیماری را کاهش می دهد،افسردگی
می‌دانم که عدم پایبندی به برنامه‌ها و کمک‌های ارائه‌شده توسط موسسه تمویل کننده و موسسه میزبان منجر به اخراج من از فهرست ذینفعان آن . بدون اینکه مسئولیتی در قبال عواقب ناشی از تصمیمم متوجه موسسه تمویل کننده و موسسه میزبان گردد،می‌شود
تحصیلی، تعهد می‌کنم به موسسه تمویل کننده و موسسه میزبان و سایر نهاد های حقوقی و قانونی مرتبط اجازه استفاده از اسناد هویتی،در نهایت .و غیره خود را بمنظور هماهنگی در امورات اخذ ویزه بشردوستانه برازیل میدهم NOME - NAME - اسم
