Ciao Amici from Music!!!

The International Lyric Academy 2023 (ILA) is going to offer a great opportunity for you and your students to spend three weeks in the charming city of Charlotte (North Carolina) and two weeks in the beautiful Vicenza, Italy, to participate in a program that has been and will continue to be for many years an elite program that shapes careers.

As an educator and a musician, we recognize that you share our vision for providing the best possible education and performance opportunities for young and emerging artists. We are proud to say that our students have gone on to great success. Notable former students include Jesus Leon, Aleksey Bogdanov, Marina Harris, Carina DiGianfilippo, Daniel Montenegro, Rachel Gilmore, Mardy Byers, Eric Margiore, Grigory Soloviov, Adan Diegel, Adrian Ganz, and Limmie Pulliam.

In the past, we have proudly presented Artists such as Janet Perry, Fedora Barbieri, Carol Neblett, Ryan Edwards, Alexander Malta, Marilyn Tyler, Giuseppe Taddei, and Alice Baker.

OPPORTUNITIES

The Summer 2023 program runs from June 19 to July 24 and features Le Nozze di Figaro by Mozart (Full production) and Les Contes d’Hoffmann by Offenbach (Semi-staged) as the main productions along with Opera Scenes Program, Lyric Concert, and the Mozart Opera Marathon:

Every ILA production allows students to participate as a member of the chorus or in a principal or supporting role. The opera production includes a grand orchestra, all performed for live and enthusiastic audiences. The instructors associated with the ILA program are prestigiuos Faculty among the best in the world (please visit our web site in the faculty section).

Please encourage your aspiring young musicians to consider this opportunity to study and perform with us next summer and also please, consider to be part of it as a Faculty. We will gladly send you a supply of ILA promotional posters (pdf attached) to display in your music department.
