Listing in the Fall Cooler temperatures, falling leaves, football games and homes for sale! Many home sellers fall into the mindset that if they didn’t sell in the summer they need to wait until next spring to sell. That could not be further from the truth! Listing your home in the fall can be a huge asset to you as a home seller.

Inventory is lower. Summer is the peak season for real estate. But selling in the peak season means that your competition is higher therefore your home and its price must be very competitive with the others. In the fall when inventory is lower you have the advantage of low competition.
