MeetStella
Stella is 76 years old, and she joined our Pilates classes 6 years ago aer she rered, and started to feel her body sffening up.

She had never done Pilates before and had avoided it because she thought it was “posh” and it would be full of slim, young, fit people that she wouldn't feel comfortable aending.
She came along to a class with her sisterin-law to try a class and has never looked back! Since aending our classes she can now touch her toes (which she had never been able to do before). Her bowls game has improved and so has her swimming. She is more flexible. “Relaxaon is my favourite part, for the rest of the day I'm really relaxed”.
So if like Stella you are feeling sff, and inflexible, but are feeling nervous about aending a class, we offer an inducon before you begin to come along and try us out before comming to a membership.
We have a variety of classes on offer, Stella aends our regular classes but we also offer a Low Intensity class which is a slower pace with less levels offered to make it even more accessible if you're new to exercise. Our members are all shapes, sizes, age and ability, no discriminaon, no judgement, just friendly, welcoming and encouraging classes where you get to work at your own level.

Pilates increases your stamina, energy, strength, flexibility, and self-confidence, improves your posture and reduces anxiety, not to menon the social aspect of group classes, you are sure to make new friends too! We specialise in helping women (and men) just like you feel great, let us see if we can help you too.
