The Lancaster County LINK to Aging and Disability Resources seeks to streamline access to long-term services and supports (LTSS) for older adults, all people with disabilities, veterans, family caregivers, and LTSS providers.

The Lancaster County LINK to Aging and Disability Resources builds on the strength of its network of more than 80 core and collaborative partners to provide a single, more coordinated system of information and access for all persons seeking long-term support information.

Lancaster County Office of Aging The agency offers a wide range of home- and community-based services to ensure the health, safety, and independence of those needing assistance with long-term living.

Largely funded and mandated by state and federal sources, services include personal care and home support, protective services, transportation, senior community centers, health/benefits insurance counseling, and many more.
