A Message From the Commissioner We’re pleased to present the 2015 Dauphin County Resource DIRECTORY for the Caregiver, Aging, and Disabled, a comprehensive handbook for services and opportunities available for adults 50 and over, caregivers, and persons with disabilities.

From information about adult daycare and home care services to volunteer opportunities and Medicare, we hope this guide will provide you with easy access to the resources that can help improve your quality of life.

Among the upcoming events and seminars that provide valuable advice are a series of “Medicare 101” sessions to help enrollees select plans that best fit their needs. We’re once again holding our Older & Wiser series, which provides information on topics such as living wills, healthcare facilities, and powers of attorney.
