CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES

CAMPGROUND COURTESIES • Please report any water leaks or equipment

problems to the Ranger Station or Park Staff. • Please respect the privacy of other campers. Do not walk through their campsite or allow your pet to enter their campsite. • Walk on the roads. Play in the designated areas. • Please keep sites neat and clean. • Disorderly conduct or abusive language will not be tolerated.

SWIMMING: Parents must accompany children under the age of 14 at the pool. Children must use approved swim diapers. Please no disposable diapers. SEWER sites require proper connections. No fluid discharge of any kind is allowed to flow onto the ground. A fee will be charged for spillage. SPORTS EQUIPMENT may be obtained from the Recreation Center. There is no charge for the use, but a parent/adult must sign out equipment and will be responsible for damages. GOLF CARTS and other personal motor vehicles can be operated by anyone 16 and older with a valid driver’s license. Permits are required for all personal golf carts. Please go to the Ranger Station for more information. Rental golf carts can only be operated by licensed drivers 18 and older. Golf carts should be parked in designated areas only. BICYCLES: Bicycles are allowed on all roads, but not on sidewalks. Please do not ride through sites that are occupied, or in front of the Ranger Station / Store. Bikes should be parked in bicycle rack. Do not leave bicycles laying on the sidewalks or left in parking lot spaces. Bicycles should not be ridden after dark. LIABILITY: Management has the right to enter any site or Park area when necessary to communicate with guests and for routine maintenance tasks. Management must be able to mow grass freely without obstacles. We are not responsible for property damage, accidents or articles lost or stolen. PROPANE is filled during regular business hours. We fill individual and motorhome tanks. ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages must be kept at your campsite. This is a family friendly campground and we ask that you be considerate of others, especially children. Drunk and / or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the park without a refund.

WE LOVE PETS • You are welcome to walk pets on any

road in the Park or at the dog walk. • You MUST pick up after your pet. • All pets must be on a short leash and controlled at all times. • No pets are to be allowed outside unattended. • Pets are not allowed in any building, playground, volleyball court or pool area. • Do not let your pets annoy others.

SEVERE WEATHER Camping is an outdoor experience! We cannot give discounts, credits or refunds due to inclement weather. Nashville is in Davidson County and is on Central Time. In case of impending severe weather, you may take shelter in either of the two bathhouses. Stay near the interior block walls and away from windows. This could be safer than being in your RV.

I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to Camp-Resort. Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking swimming or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions (“Risks”). I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.

This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for damaged/stolen property or for accidents or injury to campers/guests. The registered camper is responsible for any damage to resort property incurred by campers/guests. Any violation of the rules could result in eviction without refund. By entering the premises described in the attached Site Map (“Premises”), I hereby consent and authorize YOGI BEAR’S JELLYSTONE PARK™ Camp-Resort in Nashville (“Camp-Resort”) and anyone else it may authorize, to film, tape, photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality (“Publicity Items”), and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting and advertising Camp-Resort’s activities in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me. I further agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the Publicity Items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which

GUESTS Guests are required to register at the Ranger Station and pay a guest fee before entering the park. Campers allowing unregistered guests access to the park will be asked to leave without a refund. CHECK-IN: 2:00 pm for Campsites and 3:00 pm for Cabins. CHECK-OUT: 12:00 pm for Campsites and 11:00 am for Cabins. QUIET HOURS are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please consider your neighbors during quiet hours. SPEED LIMIT is 5½ miles per hour. Please obey one-way streets and use exits and entrances appropriately. Excessive speeding will result in eviction from the campground with no refund. CHILDREN are the responsibility of their parents. Parents need to know where their children are and what they are doing at all times. GENERATORS of any type are prohibited. CAMPFIRES are permitted in the fire ring at your site. Please keep fire ring free of garbage. Burn seasoned, local firewood only! Damage to fire ring will result in a fee. TRASH should be placed by your electrical post for pickup throughout the day. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. PARKING is permitted at your site. One vehicle is allowed per site. If your vehicle will not fit, parking is available in designated areas only. Parking on vacant sites will result in a fee. REFUNDS are only issued if the cancellation is 14 days prior to your arrival date minus a cancellation fee. PLAYGROUND is open during the daylight hours. Parents must be present at the playground and assume all risk. VEHICLE WASHING: Please purchase a wash permit before washing any vehicle/camping unit at your site. CAMPSITE FEES are for 2 adults and 2 children, any additional guests are $10.00 minimum per person per night.
