GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
Please review the following guidelines
CAMPGROUND
• ONE RV per site. No Tents on RV Sites.
• State Law prohibits emptying wastewater except in drains or closed containers.
• There is a sink for emptying dishwater in the laundry and at the outdoor kitchen by the upper bathroom.
• QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Alcoholic beverages must be kept in your own camping area.
• Intoxicated persons who are disturbing others will be asked to leave.
• Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Do not move picnic tables from site.
• No cutting of trees – alive, dead, damaged or down. Firewood is for sale at the store.
• Fires in fire pits or charcoal grills only and must NOT be left unattended. Do not remove fire rings.
• Check-Out time 12:00 Noon. Check-In 2:00 PM.
• No washing of RVs or vehicles on campground.
• Some games and recreation equipment may be checked out at the store.
• Guests visiting campers must register at office and park in the parking lot.
• Generators are not to be operated in the campground at any time.
• No smoking or cooking in Camping Cabins® (fire hazard).
• Playground open 8:00 AM to dusk.
• NO REFUND FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE. NO REFUNDS, EXCEPT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF REGISTRATION.
• If you have an emergency after hours, please call 911 or 540-847-9622. One of us will help you.
PETS
• Pet exercise area is provided with a litter can for your convenience.
• Pets must be kept on a leash and QUIET.
• Pets are NOT allowed in play area or in the building.
• Pets must be attended at all times.
• PLEASE clean up after your pet.
SWIMMING POOL
• Pool open 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• There is no lifeguard; swim at your own risk.
• Children under 12 must be attended by an adult.
• For your own safety, please do not swim alone.
• Proper swim attire necessary.
• Smoking, food, drinks, or glass containers are prohibited in the pool area.
• Running, pushing, diving or rough play of any kind is prohibited in pool area.
• Registered campers swim free. Your visitors are required to pay a swim fee.
FISHING POND
• No swimming. Open 8:00 AM until dusk. Catch & Release only.
