The Vineyards of Fredericksburg RV Park Policies We want all our guests to have an enjoyable experience. Please follow these rules and observe all signs, notices and warnings. We reserve the right to terminate stays without refund when necessary. ◆ SPEED LIMIT = 10 MPH. Violators will be asked to leave without refund. ◆ Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 7:30 am. ◆ Check in time is 1:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. Guests are subject to late fees or early arrival fees, if not out on time. ◆ LATE CHECK-OUT RV SITES: If staying an extra day, the office must know by 10:00 am (this is subject to availability). A $20 late check-out fee will be assessed after 11:30 am. After 2 pm, a full day site fee is due. Late checkout is subject to availability. ◆ MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE (INCLUDING VISITORS) PER SITE. Park use is for registered guests only. Specific sites or the placement of groups together are not guaranteed. ◆ No Subletting: Guests shall not have the right to assign or sublet the RV Site hereunder to any person/persons. You may not run a business or advertise from your site. ◆ Guests shall not park or drive on the grass. Do not drive or walk through empty sites. No parking on streets or vacant sites. One RV unit per site and park only in the direction of the arrow drawn on your map. ◆ ABSOLUTELY NO rugs, mats, fire pits, grills, satellite dishes, etc., on grass. Nothing in trees please. Do not move fire pits. Fees will be charged if moved. NO Tents or Car Camping Allowed. ◆ You will be held responsible and charged accordingly for any property damage above or below ground. ◆ Keep trash/waste contained and dispose of it properly. Threaded wastewater connections are required - NO HOSES IN SEWER PIPES! Guests should recap after unhooking. ◆ JACUZZI - Children under the age of 14 may not use Jacuzzi. ◆ POOL HOURS - AS POSTED. ◆ Use personal listening devices – music, TVs, and loud noise are not allowed to disturb others. This includes excessive barking/noise from pets.

◆ Children 14 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times. ◆ NO ALCOHOL in swimming pool area. ◆ NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR E-CIGS in public areas. GUESTS SHALL NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground or in landscaping. ◆ MAXIMUM 3 PETS PER SITE. Keep pets on leashes of 12 feet or less. All leashes must be held by pet owner and kept under control. Aggressive pets are not allowed. NO PETS in buildings or pool area. Freestanding cages are not allowed. ◆ YOU MUST PICK UP PET WASTE IMMEDIATELY, including in the dog park. Pet waste stations are placed around the park for guest use. Follow the posted rules for the dog park. ◆ Do not trim landscaping or attach leashes/chains/ropes to trees, landscaping, or our structures, pedestals or faucets. ◆ Guests shall keep fires in approved containers and under control. No open fires. Douse coals with water before disposal. ◆ Fireworks are prohibited. No discharging of firearms or other weapons. No open carry of firearms. ◆ No auto or RV washing, except by mobile wash service. Operation of generators is prohibited. ◆ NO REPAIRS INVOLVING FUEL, OIL, ETC., ARE ALLOWED. No remodeling is allowed. ◆ Guests shall not harm wildlife of any kind. If you need assistance, contact our staff. Do not feed wildlife/strays. ◆ Entering our RV park constitutes your consent for us to use pictures or videos that include your likeness for advertising & promotion without payment, inspection, or review. ◆ Upon entering the RV park you and your visitors agree to do so at your own risk and to hold the ownership and staff of the park harmless from any and all claims of loss or injury for any reason and by any cause whatsoever. ◆ Management reserves the right to refuse service or enforce the removal of any guest for any reason.

The Vineyards of Fredricksburg RV Park’s TV Tips

TV/INTERNET TIPS. Knowledge of your RV/TV requirements & limitations is important. READ YOUR MANUAL OR CONSULT YOUR DEALER FOR HELP! 1. Connect a SHORT high quality cable that is shielded & outdoor rated to our pedestal. Coiling, bending, crimping or travel & storage damage will cause problems. 2. If you have an antenna booster, TURN IT OFF or the signal will be blocked. Most have a button with a light. Some are in clothes closets. Mode selector does NOT equal booster. 3. Follow Menu/Setup instructions for receiving DIGITAL channels. If our channels aren’t found, change inputs. Scanning TWICE might be necessary. 4. There may be mislabeling/cabling. Try plugging into other outlets outside your RV. 5. Many RV manufacturers don’t install quality digital-capable splitters. Even brand new RVs might require bypassing connections, cables, splitters, equalizers, amplifiers, which can ALL cause problems, by cabling directly to the back of the TV. 6. For better internet speed, along with proper security, clear the device’s browsing history/cache. Close background applications. Plug-in signal boosters are easy to find & install.
