G eneral I nformation Registration

◆ All guests and visitors must register prior to proceeding to a site. ◆ Late night arrivals please register by 10:00 am the following day. ◆ Check-in is 12:00 noon for RV sites and 2:00 pm for Deluxe Cabins. ◆ Check-out is 11:00 am for all sites and cabins. ◆ Early check-in and late check-out fees will be assessed for all RV sites and Deluxe Cabins. ◆ Please re-register by 10:00 am if wishing to extend your visit. You may need to change sites as your site may already be rented.

Deluxe Cabins & Facilities ◆ Pets and smoking are prohibited inside any of the buildings on the campground. ◆ The number of guests allowed overnight cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit. ◆ Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items or property.

Restrooms & Laundry ◆ Open 24 hours every day.

◆ Please do your part to help us maintain the cleanliness of our restrooms. Let the office know if there is a problem.

Children

◆ The actions and safety of your children are your responsibility. ◆ Supervise your children in all buildings, at the playground and throughout the park. ◆ Playground hours are Dawn to Dusk. ◆ Children should be at campsite by Dusk.

Pool

◆ Seasonal. ◆ Hours: 9:00 am to Dusk. ◆ No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. ◆ Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. ◆ Only bathing suits are allowed. ◆ Infants not potty trained must wear leak-proof swimming diapers. ◆ No pets or glass containers allowed in the pool area.

Cafe

The Cafe is open Wednesday - Saturday 5:00 pm 8:00 pm.

Pets

◆ Your pets are welcome here! However, not all guests are pet lovers; so please keep your pets quiet, do not leave them UNATTENDED, and clean up after your pets immediately. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in an additional fee. ◆ Your pet must be on a leash (6 foot maximum) at all times, except when enjoying our off leash playground. ◆ Clean up supplies and receptacles are provided in the pet playground for your convenience. ◆ No kennels or pens allowed. ◆ Our insurance carrier forbids any aggressive breeds of animals. Pets demonstrating aggressive behavior will be required to leave the park.

General Campsite Rules ◆ One camping unit and two vehicles per site. ◆ No parking or driving on grass. Check at the office for overflow parking if needed. ◆ Please do not drive through or park in empty sites. Violators may be towed at owner’s expense. ◆ Guests need to ask in the office for guest parking if you already have two vehicles on your site. ◆ Boat parking is acceptable at your site, but not on the grass.

If it will not fit, check at the office for a separate parking area. ◆ Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be considerate of your fellow campers. Remember, your backyard is someone else’s front. ◆ Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings only. No ground fires at RV sites. ◆ Please do not dump charcoal on grass or ground. ◆ Please keep campsite clean. No trash or cigarette butts on ground. ◆ Bag garbage and place at end of campsite between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm and we’ll pick it up! ◆ Wastewater must be discharged in sewer. Texas State Law requires all sewer connections have a collar (donut) or other device.

Donuts are available for purchase in the office. ◆ No washing of RVs or vehicles. ◆ No ground mats larger than an entry area allowed. Do not place mats on grass area. ◆ Owners and Management will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or visitors or loss of valuables of any kind.
