Resort Rules & Regulations A complete list of rules and regulations is available in the Resort Office.

GENERAL RULES

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 1:00 pm ; Check-out time is 11:00 am.

• Visitors: All visitors must register with the office.

If visitors are overnight guests, or if they intend to use our private facilities, they are subject to visitor fees. All visitors (adult or child) must be accompanied by the paying camper at all times.

• Children: All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, everywhere in the Resort.

• Parking: Only one RV per site. Two passenger vehicles are allowed on site and must be parked within your site only. Do not infringe on the site next to you.

• Smoking is only allowed at your site. Please pick up your cigarette butts.

• Car and RV Washing is not allowed in the Resort.

• Swimming: Children under the age of 14 may not use the pool or sauna without the accompaniment of an adult. All persons who are incontinent and children who are not “potty trained” are not permitted in the pool or sauna. Regular swimsuit attire is required, no regular street clothes are allowed, and nudity is prohibited. The Resort reserves the right to reserve the pool for organized activities. No running, diving, ball throwing, glass, smoking, etc. are permitted in the pool areas.

• Site Appearance: Campers agree to keep their site clean, neat and in an orderly fashion at all times.

No storage is allowed under RV. No display of “For Sale” signs is permitted at the sites.

• Quiet Time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

PLEASE, NO EXCESSIVE NOISE AT ANY TIME.

PET RULES

1. No more than TWO pets are allowed per 5. Pets are not allowed in any common areas recreational vehicle space. or buildings, including, but not limited to, Office, Event Center, Shower House, Pool Area, 2. Certain large breeds are not allowed. Ask for details.

• Propane: Schedule an appointment time through the Office to have your propane tank refilled.

• Shower House is open 24/7. This is also the Safe Shelter place during inclement weather.

• Laundry Facilities are behind the Office and open 24/7.

• Exercise Room is next to the Event Center and open 24/7.

• Recreational Equipment is available at the Office.

• Pool Room and Game Room: In Office • 9-Hole Chipping Green: Sign up in the Office.

Additional Features • Air Station • Disc Golf: Sign up in Office.

• Vending: Ice is available in the Office.

• Trash: The dumpster is by the Shower House.

• Swimming Pool is open 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, summers only.

No lifeguard is on duty; swim at your own risk.

• Postal Services (UPS/FedEx): Large packages can be delivered to the office.

Please be advised that we support our advertisers and allow only them to conduct business on the property. All others must be approved by management in advance.

• Event Center: Ideal for weddings, corporate retreats, business conferences, reunions and more.

A fee is required.

• Pavilion: Ideal space for weddings, birthday parties, reunions and more.

A fee is required.

• Ponds are Catch and Release only.

At the facilities listed below, participants under the age of 14 must have adult supervision.
