Welcome to Palm Springs Oasis RV Resort Guest Guidelines & Community Standards Experience the beauty of the Coachella Valley with resort-style amenities, friendly hospitality, and easy access to Palm Springs attractions.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Registration All guests must register at the Oasis office upon arrival. Site fees and applicable charges must be paid in advance. Check-In: 12:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please contact the office before arrival to check availability.
GUESTS & VISITORS
Overnight Guests All overnight guests must be registered with the office and applicable fees paid. Registered residents are responsible for their guests. Visitors Visitors must park in designated areas or in front of the Oasis RV office.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Please clean washing machines after use and promptly remove laundry from dryers. Clotheslines and hanging laundry outside of recreational vehicles are prohibited.
TRASH DISPOSAL
All trash must be securely tied in plastic bags before being placed in community receptacles.
DATE PALM COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE
Guests are welcome to enjoy the 18-hole golf course located at Date Palm Country Club. Tee times are required. (760) 328-1315
ENFORCEMENT
Community rules are enforced in accordance with California Civil Code § 2.6.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM
COMMUNITY RULES
Management reserves the right to require any guest to leave the property for violations of community rules. No refunds will be issued if removal is necessary due to rule violations.
Speed Limit 10 MPH throughout the resort.
Management is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property. ALL RV SITES ARE BACK IN
POOL & SPA
• Swim at Your Own Risk • No lifeguard is on duty. • Shower before entering the pool or spa. • Drinks must be in non-breakable containers. • No one under 18 years of age is permitted in the spa. • A key is required for spa entry. • Appropriate swim attire is required. Cutoffs are not permitted.
