Welcome to Thousand Trails Blue Mesa Recreational Ranch.
want everyone to enjoy their stay with us, so we have outlined a few helpful and important items.
If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask any of our helpful, friendly staff.
10 MPH SPEED LIMIT: Please observe the speed limit, this includes all motorized and unmotorized items: Bikes, E-Bikes, hoverboards, scooters, etc.
SITE COVERAGE/PARKING: Each site is allowed up to two vehicles per campsite in addition to your RV, and must be parked in front of the RV on gravel. Please do not park in sage or on any areas of plant growth. Additional vehicles, boats, boat trailers, ATV trailers, and cargo trailers may be parked in designated parking areas. Unoccupied campsites may NOT be used for parking.
No hanging of anything from veetation on sites (clothes, hammock, etc.).
Members and guests are prohibited from charging their electric vehicles, bikes, etc. at campground pedestals.
PETS: Pets must be kept on a maximum 10-foot leash at all times and under the control of their owner. Pets may not be left outside unattended. Pets are prohibited in buildings and swimming areas. For the protection of, and in consideration to other members, noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed at a campground. If a member will be putting up a pet fence it is not to exceed a 12’x12’ area outside the RV and must be on or next to the cement pad. Do not put in front or in back of RV.
ACTIVITY SCHEDULES: Available in the office, Please be sure to join in all the fun!
QUIET PLEASE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the park immediately.
DO NOT DUMP GRAY WATER ON GROUND: There is a dump station for this purpose. Please check park map for location.
PROPANE: Service available, see office.
CLUBHOUSE HOURS: Hours posted at the clubhouse. These hours may change with the season.
SWIMMING POOL HOURS: Hours and pool rules are posted in the pool area. No children in hot tub.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. for both sites and rental units.
ATVs: No ATVing in park after 9:00 p.m. Only to be used from point A to point B. No joy-riding in park.
