Guest Guidelines & Information The management and staff are dedicated to providing you with a fun, friendly and helpful vacation experience. We encourage you to take full advantage of all the activities that the resort has to offer. The “Guest Guidelines & Information” below is intended to provide each guest with the necessary information to make everyone’s stay more enjoyable. Please keep your neighbors in mind as you go about your daily activities.

The most important rule is to have fun and enjoy yourself. You deserve it.

If there is anything that we can do to make your time with us more enjoyable, please let us know.

Check-in: After 1:00 pm.

Check-out: By 11:00 am. Please notify the Office by 10:00 am if you would like to extend your stay.

Changing Sites: Please contact the Office prior to changing sites. This will reduce any confusion about your location at the Resort.

Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am.

Speed Limit: 10 MPH (or as posted).

Smoking: Please do not smoke anywhere, except at your site. The City of Arlington allows no smoking within 50 feet of any building or public area.

Garbage: Please dispose of garbage in trash receptacles.

Campfires: By order of the City of Arlington, burning firewood is not allowed within the city limits.

Other approved fires must be covered.

Sewer Connections: Please use a “donut” (or other means of secure hookup) on your connection.

Please do not discard baby wipes or personal hygiene items into the sewer system.

Washing of RVs / Vehicles: Please get approval by the office before the washing of any RV or vehicle.

Laundry: Washers & Dryers are available in the Laundry. Temporary umbrella or bumper type clotheslines are permitted for beach towels and bathing suits.

Please do not attach lines to trees.

Guests: Only Registered Guests are allowed to use the Resort and its amenities. Please have all of your guests register with the Office.

Please advise your guests of your site number, as we do not give out guests’ site numbers.

Pets: Pets are welcome as long as they are on a leash, you pick up after them and they don’t bother your neighbors.

Check with Office for pet areas.

No aggressive breeds or pets showing aggressive behavior will be allowed.

Pool: No lifeguard on duty. Hours and rules are posted. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Site: Please keep your site clean and organized. Limit 2 vehicles per site.

Please do not park on grass or in any other site.

Trailers: No flatbed or watercraft is permitted to be stored on site.

Trees: Please help protect vegetation and trees by not attaching anything to them. Also, for your safety, no climbing trees.
