General Rules

CHECK-IN: All campers and guests register in the office when arriving and before leaving. Any changes in sites must be approved by management in advance. Site Check-In: Noon.

Rental Check-In: After 4:00 pm. If you choose to check in before that time, you will be required to pick a site from the board that is available when you get here.

CHECK-OUT: Please drop off your pass in the drop box when you leave, so we can assist all guests with the proper choice of available sites. We are going to have a very busy season this year and would really appreciate your cooperation. Site Check-Out – Noon.

Rental Check-Out – 11:00 am.

QUIET HOURS: 11:00 pm till 7:00 am.

PETS: We love pets, but some folks give their pets a bad reputation! Pets should be kept on a leash at all times. Please use the pet walk, and don’t allow your pet on other campsites. Owners are responsible for what their pets leave behind! Please clean up after your pets. Three Flags RV Campground reserves the right to exclude pets if complaints are received. Pets are not allowed in any building or in rental trailers.

OPEN FIRES: Fires are allowed, with prior approval from the office, where fire pits are located.

POOL: Pool Hours are 10:00 am until dusk.

Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers, running, pushing, diving or pets allowed in the pool area.

VEHICLE WASHING: Permit needed from Office.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT: Members must check out equipment at the Office and will be responsible for returning it in good condition. A deposit may be required on some equipment.

SPEED LIMIT: 10 mph.

CLOTHESLINES: Clotheslines are not allowed in the Resort. A clothesline is provided near the laundry room.

REQUIRED CLOTHING: Shoes and shirts must be worn in the Office area, recreation building and at all activities.

Wet bathing suits are not allowed in any building except the bathhouse.

MOTORCYCLES, 3-WHEEL BIKES & MOPEDS: May only be used for owner transportation to and from park areas or to and from the Resort. We do not provide dirt bike areas or other sporting/recreation areas for vehicles.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Absolutely no disorderly conduct, intoxication, firearms, or illegal drugs will be tolerated in the Resort.

BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS & ROLLERSKATES are not allowed on sidewalks, shuffleboard courts, the pool area or in the clubhouse complex. Helmets must be worn by those under 18 years old.

LENGTH OF STAY depends on member’s individual contract. They must then vacate for 7 days before returning for another visit. To ensure that everyone enjoys their stay at Three Flags RV Campground, the Abandonment Rule will be strictly enforced. (Please refer to Member Rule #4.) The fine is $32.00 per night that your RV is left unattended. Thank you for your cooperation.

CHILDREN UNDER AGE 15 must be supervised at recreation hall. Their curfew time is 9:00 pm.

MEMBERS AND GUESTS ARE PROHIBITED FROM CHARGING THEIR ELECTRIC VEHICLE AT A CAMPSITE PEDESTAL. TRASH: No site pick-up. Deposit plastic-bagged trash in dumpster.

ALSO: There is a minimum $25.00 charge for damage done to water, electric or sewer lines! Absolutely no oil changing in the Resort. Shut off breakers before plugging in or unplugging.
