TAKE PRIDE IN AMERICA

Fawns are being born and left in the grass by their mothers. The mothers will come back for their babies. Please DO NOT TOUCH, DISTURB or FEED the deer.

Because we have a leach field system, not a sewage treatment plant, please do not flush your tanks with freshwater at the campsite. PLEASE USE THE DUMP STATION TO FLUSH YOUR TANKS WITH FRESH WATER

DIRT
“I heard it from around the campfire.”

We have Texas native pecan trees, some as old as 200 years. In the fall, you are welcome to gather these nuts. Please do not damage the trees by thrashing or throwing objects into the trees. The limbs are brittle and will break. Park at your own risk under pecan trees in “D” sites.
