Entry. Cleaned Daily. Please do not hang clothes or swimwear outside to dry. Please advise us of any problems. Your tidiness is appreciated.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

RV Sites - Check-in: 2:00 p.m.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Cabins - Check-in: 2:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

If you need to stay past your scheduled check-out time, contact the office before 9:00 a.m. Keep in mind that there are NO REFUNDS if you shorten your stay.

FIREWORKS/FIREARMS: NOT allowed at any time.

GARBAGE: Please place all trash and cigarette butts in the dumpster. Please keep your site clean and tidy at all times.

MAIL: Mail drop and pickup at the office.

POOL AREA: Pool hours are 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. during the swimming season. Children 16 years of age and under must have adult supervision. NO glass containers are allowed in the pool area. NO lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. Swimsuits must be worn — NO cut-offs. Pool rules are posted and strictly enforced. No pets allowed in the pool area.

Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Sunday: Closed

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m.7:00 a.m. No loud music, singing or hollering will be permitted during these hours. Please respect your neighbors during late night activities. Do NOT walk through occupied sites.

SEWER: Sewer connections must be airtight and off the ground. Texas Law requires hoses to be fastened using threaded connector or collar (donut).

VEHICLES: Speed Limit 10 MPHStrictly enforced. Two vehicles per site. Storage available for ALL additional vehicles. NO parking in or driving through vacant spots. NO parking on the grass. Check with the office before washing or performing major repairs. ALL vehicles must have a current registration and inspection.

CHILDREN: Texan RV Ranch is family-friendly; children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. They may not use restrooms, showers, the laundry room, the swimming pool, the ranch house (game room and exercise equipment), the grounds, or other park facilities unsupervised. This includes riding bikes or scooters, playing ball, cornhole, and similar activities. Children may not operate golf carts, and parents or guardians are responsible for their safety and conduct.

RATES: Rates are for up to 2 people per site. There is an additional fee for extra people and maximum allowance of 6 people per site.

SMOKING: NO smoking in buildings, cabins or restrooms.

VISITORS: All visitors must check in at the office before entering the park. You are responsible for your children and guests at all times. Children 16 and under need to be supervised by an adult at all times.

Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, or for accidents of any nature caused by theft, fire or weather.

Owner reserves the right to limit the stay, number of persons per site and to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Pets Are Welcome!

Please Observe The Following. All pets must be on a leash at all times, except in the leash-free pet area. Do not leave your pets unattended at any time. Owners of dogs barking excessively or running loose will be asked to leave. Owner is responsible for immediate cleanup behind pets. Pick-up stations are available throughout the Park. Pets are not allowed in buildings or pool area.
