GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY
• One vehicle per site. Please inquire in office for additional parking. Do not park in vacant sites. If you plan on bringing a trailer of any kind, you must call the office and book an overflow parking site.
• We do not allow school bus conversions, homemade trailers, etc. The RV must be manufactured and certified as an RV.
• Speed limit in the resort is 5 mph.
• For safety reasons, bicycles or skateboards are not to be used in resort after dark, on beach or in pool area. We do not allow any hoverboards, electric scooters, electric bikes, etc.
• Fireworks, firearms, campfires or firepits are NOT ALLOWED.
• Please, we do not allow any tents.
• No personal pools at site.
• Dumpster is located at the exit road of park.
• The Florida Health Department requires a sewer donut. You can purchase one in the resort store.
• RV and auto washing is permitted for a fee.
• It is against state law to drain greywater on the ground.
Pet Policies
• Children under 14 must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
• YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILDREN.
• Clotheslines or hanging clothes are not permitted.
• We are not responsible for personal property, so please take care of your valuable items.
• Check out 11 a.m. and check in 1 p.m.
• QUIET TIME is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• Visitors must register at the office and leave the resort by 10 p.m. There is a $5 charge for additional visitors.
• Please wear shoes on beach and in water.
• Do not tie anything to the palm trees.
• Please do not park or anchor items on landscaping. You are responsible for damages to irrigation.
• Our internet is intended for personal use. We do not guarantee download speeds. If you require the internet, we recommend you bring a hotspot device. Absolutely NO peer to peer uploading or downloading, or unauthorized downloading of copyrighted material is allowed
• NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES!
Pool Rules
We depend on all of our pet-owning visitors to help us. Please ensure your pet is not being a nuisance to other campers and park visitors by adhering to the following policies:
• TWO PET LIMIT
• Do not walk your pets on other campers’ sites.
• Clean up after your pet, and properly dispose of waste from all areas of the resort, including your own campsite.
• Dogs must be on a leash (maximum 6 feet in length) at all times.
• Do not leave pets outside unattended at any time.
• Pets only allowed on Dog Beach.
• Do not tie up your pet on park property.
• No kennels or crates.
• Excessive barking inside RV not allowed.
• No pets in the park buildings, pool or playground areas.
• We do not allow the following dog breeds or mixes of these breeds in the park: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows or wolf hybrids.
• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
• NO DIVING OR RUNNING.
• Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the pool without an adult.
• Children must be potty trained or use Lil Swimmers in the pool facilities.
• No glass, pets, bicycles or skateboards are allowed in the pool area.
The owners and management of Santa Rosa RV Resort absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, property damage, accidents or any other cause whatsoever.

Office Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
Laundry Room Hours: 8 am to 9 pm (Summer) • 24 hours (Winter)
Pool Hours: 9 am to 9 pm (Summer) • 10 am to 4 pm (Winter)
