These guidelines are designed to give our KOA campers a safe, clean & pleasant experience. Please read them carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.
Campsites: Check out time is 11:00am. Late check out fees apply. Only one RV & one towing vehicle per site. Other parking available at Bathhouse & Overflow. Please park on the gravel due to sprinkler system. Please let the office know if you desire a picnic table. Please, no hot grills on the picnic tables. In RV sites, avoid placing poles, hooks and stakes into the ground since our utility lines are close to the surface. Only walk through empty campsites. Clotheslines are not permitted. Gusts of wind are strong and unpredictable. Please don’t leave awnings unattended.
Visitors: Campers are responsible for their guests. Guests using the facilities and/or staying overnight must register at the office & pay a fee.
Bathrooms: We are proud of our clean bathhouse. Please help keep the bathrooms clean for the next guests. Bathhouse is closed daily from 11:00am –1:00pm for cleaning. Please wash dishes at camp sink located near the pool gate.
Laundry Room: Laundry is open 24/7 & located in the Clubhouse. Detergent is available at the Store. Pets: We welcome your pet. Please keep them on a leash, outside of buildings & pool, control excessive barking & pick up after your pet throughout the campground. All owners must comply with KOA pet policy. Unattended pets might be found in the pound. No pet fences allowed.
Safety: Speed limit is 5mph. No bike riding after dusk. Only non-glass containers permitted at the pool. Smoking prohibited in all campground buildings. Lighted candles prohibited in all campground cabins.
Campfires: Permitted in approved fire rings. Please avoid cutting trees & gathering wood from the property. Don’t leave fires unattended. Water your fire before going to bed.
Quiet Hours: Between 10:00pm – 8:00am. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Generators only permitted during extended power outages. Loud noise, fighting, abusive language, and intoxication will not be tolerated. Campers failing to obey the rules & cooperate will be escorted from the campground without reimbursement.
Pool: is seasonal, Easter Weekend/April 1st – October 31st. Children under 14 not allowed without adult supervision. Swimmer diapers must be used.
Emergencies: Emergencies after hours, call 911 or 435-225-6956.
RV & Vehicle Wash: Please pay washing fees at our office. We don’t mind if you wash the bugs off your windshield.
Wi-Fi: Our wireless internet is designed for basic websurfing & email. Please refrain from streaming videos/ movies/gaming and video chat/Skyping.
Seasonal Activities: Schedule is available at our Office. We love smiles! If you possess a frown, leave it at the Dump Station & pick it up when you leave.
