RV RESORT RULES 1. Checkout Time: 11:00 am. If you plan on staying past your paid-through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the Office prior to 11:00 am. ALL RENT IS DUE AND PAYABLE IN ADVANCE; NO REFUNDS. 2. Parking: Parking is allowed in designated areas only! Do not block driveways. Do not park on the grass, fire lanes or in any area other than your assigned parking space. Do not park in unoccupied spaces. 3. Speed Limit: 5 mph. This speed limit is strictly enforced. Drive safely and watch for pedestrians. 4. Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. This includes radios, stereos and TVs. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property. 5. Trash: Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located Dumpsters. DO NOT LITTER! 6. Reservations: Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days. 7. DO NOT move picnic tables or benches! 8. Washing RVs is only permitted by approved RV detail vendors. Washing cars is PROHIBITED. 9. Your Space: Please keep clean. No clutter or debris is permitted. 10. NO CONSTRUCTION OF DECKS OR STAIRS IS ALLOWED. 11. Maximum occupancy per site: 8 persons.
PET RULES • Pets must be kept on a leash. • Pets are not allowed in buildings. • You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet. • Do not leave pets unattended outside. $20 FEE for not picking up after your pet. 4
COMMUNITY AMENITIES RULES & POLICIES
1. Guest Responsibility: Visitors must follow all Southlake RV Resort rules and policies while on the property. Any damage caused by guests or visitors may result in charges to the responsible party. 2. Vehicle and Site Appearance: All RVs, vehicles, and equipment must be maintained in a clean and presentable condition. Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean and organized. 3. Parking and Access: Parking is allowed in designated areas only. Guests must park only in their assigned site. Do not park on vacant sites or grass areas. Vehicles must not obstruct access for emergency vehicles or other guests. 4. Fire Safety: Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere within the resort. Open fires, fire pits, or outdoor burning are not permitted unless specifically approved by management. Grills and outdoor cooking equipment must be used safely and responsibly. 5. Children under 16 must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
LAKE RULES & POLICIES 1. WARNING! THE LAKE IS DEEP ENOUGH THAT A PERSON CAN DROWN. NO LIFEGUARD OR SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED. 2. No boats or floating devices are allowed on the lake. 3. No swimming or wading is allowed in the lake. 4. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed within 20 feet of the lake bank without parental, guardian or custodian supervision. 5. ONLY CATCH AND RELEASE FISHING IS PERMITTED.
DOG RUN RULES 1. Pets are not allowed to use areas outside of Dog Runs. 2. Pet owner is required to clean up behind pets. 3. Do not leave pets in Dog Runs unattended. 4. Dogs may not be left outside unattended.
