RULES AND REGULATIONS
Park Overview
• 55+ community only
• Max 2 pets per site (under 25 lbs each)
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: 1:00 PM EST
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-in allowed until dusk (contact office)
• Monthly stays require signed agreement
Reservations & Payments
• Stays ≤31 days: full payment due at booking
• Site changes must be approved (not guaranteed)
Site Rules
• No open fires (propane allowed safely)
• No storage under/around RV
• No washing RVs or vehicles
• Rugs max 3’ x 2’
• Use roads/paths (no walking through sites)
Parking & Vehicles
• 1 RV + 1 vehicle per site
• Extra vehicles in designated areas only
• No parking on grass, roads, or other sites
• Speed limit: 10 MPH (strict)
• No repairs unless licensed mobile service
• OHVs only for entering/exiting park
Pet Policies
• Max 2 pets under 25 lbs
• Leash required at all times
• No pets in buildings/pool area
• Clean up after pets
• No unattended pets outside
• Vaccinations required
• No excessive barking
Visitors
• Must register, pay fee, and receive pass
• No visitor pets
• Day visitors leave by 10 PM
• Overnight visitors leave by 11 AM
• Guests responsible for visitors
Amenities
• Laundry: 24/7 (card only)
• Restrooms: 24/7
• Pool: 8 AM – 9 PM (no lifeguard)
• No food, glass, or rough play in pool
• Children must be supervised
General Rules
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM
• Trash in dumpster only (no hazardous items)
• No drones, clotheslines, fireworks, or firearms
• No solicitation
Electrical
• Max 50 AMP usage
• Do not work on pedestals
• Contact office for issues
Safety
• Emergency: 911 or (239) 466-0440
• Notify office if emergency services are coming
• Monthly guests must provide emergency contact

Cancellation Policy
Short-Term (≤31 nights):
• 30+ days: 25% fee or $25 credit option
• 15–29 days: 50% fee (credit issued)
• ≤14 days: No refund
Long-Term (32+ nights):
• 60+ days: 50% fee
• 30–59 days: 75% fee
• ≤29 days: No refund
