SETTLERS POINT POLICIES

For the benefit of all guests, please observe these cleanliness and safety guidelines. See our website for more details: www.settlerspointluxuryrvresort.com/rules-regs/ • 10 mph speed limit enforced.

• No parking on streets.

• Your children are your responsibility.

• Your belongings are your responsibility.

• Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

• No wood burning campfires allowed.

• No fireworks.

• Please no clotheslines or skirting of trailers.

• Paintball and airsoft guns are prohibited.

• Only one RV per site and no tents allowed.

• Check in time is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm (2:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Sunday).

• Check out time is 12:00 pm.

• If you will be needing a late check in, please let us know so we can accomodate you.

• RV must be 10 years old or newer, well maintained and in excellent overall condition. You may submit a photo if you need additional clarification.

• No parking in empty sites or on the roadway. Park only in your rented space.

• Guest parking available in front of clubhouse.

• No washing your RV on site without manager approval.

• Pets must be well behaved and on a leash under the control of the owner.

• When in the dog park, dogs must be supervised at all times and owners must pick up after their pets immediately.

• Pets are not allowed in the resort buildings.

• Pet must not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests and are required to be kept inside from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.

• Pets are not allowed in the resort buildings and pet gear/bedding may NOT be washed in the resort’s washers and dryers. A $100 fine will be imposed.

• For insurance purposes, Pit Bulls, Alaskan Malamutes and Caucasian Ovcharkas are not allowed. Settlers Point is not liable for any pet injury.

• For our guests’ health and enjoyment, we are a non-smoking property. If you must smoke, please do so inside your RV. Thank you for your compliance in this matter.

• Violations may be subject to eviction without a refund.
