Guidelines Welcome to RV Resort Four Seasons
Welcome to the heart of beautiful Walla Walla—where the wine flows, the food scene is buzzing, and shopping is practically a sport. You’re surrounded by award-winning wineries, so grab a glass (or two) and experience wine tasting at its finest. Just a short walk away, explore the Walla Walla Historical Fort for a taste of local history—or if you’re traveling with furry companions, let them run wild (in a good way) at the dog park. Got kids with energy to burn? They’ll love the BMX Track and Skate Park... and you just might be surprised at their skills (or at least their ability to stay upright). Enjoy watching RC cars and planes race/fly around or go for a hike in the park.
Whether you’re sipping, strolling, or chasing little ones, there’s something here for everyone! Please take a moment to review these rules for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
• Water Pressure: We recommend using a water pressure regulator—pressure may reach 90 PSI. • Awnings: Please secure in high winds. • Rugs: Allowed only on pavement.
General Guidelines • Visitors: Must check in at the office and park in visitor parking—not at your site. • Fires: Propane fire pits only. • Trash: Must be bagged and tied. No bulky or commercial items. • Pets: Welcome! But must be quiet, leashed, and only tied to your RV. Clean up after them promptly. • Children: Must be supervised at all times. No playing near the entrance. • Wheels: Bikes, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades allowed on roads, not sidewalks or near the office. • Tents & Car Camping: Not allowed. Only RVIA-certified RVs permitted. Safety & Conduct • Damage/Repairs: You’re responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests. No repairs or hazardous materials in the park. • Speed Limit 5MPH • Propane: Only RV-connected propane tanks are allowed. No loose fuel containers. • Electricity: Report issues to the office. Do not tamper with electrical boxes. • Prohibited: • No biking or walking through other campsites • No firearms • No fireworks
Check-Out & Quiet Hours • Check-out is 11:00 AM. Staying another night? Please re-register with the office before 11:00 AM. • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Parking & Setup • Stabilizers/Levelers: Jack pads or wooden blocks are required on all surfaces. No exceptions. (Jack Pads are sold at our park office.) • Sewer: The Sewer connection is the Brown Cap. Must have a leak-free, gastight connection with proper drainage slope. State law requires sewer hoses to be off of the ground and forbids any wastewater to be run on the ground. • Vehicles: Each site allows 1 RV and 1 vehicle.
