1. Office Hours: Monday – Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM
2. A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/late check-out not available at all locations.
3. Gates: Automatic — approach slowly. Closes at 11 PM, obtain code from the office if you will be out late.
11. Golf Carts: Must be registered with the resort with proof of liability insurance. You must have a valid driver’s license in your possession to drive a golf cart.
12. Pools/Spa: Open dawn to dusk or as otherwise posted by the Resort Manager. No lifeguards on duty. Pool furniture is first come, first served. Proper conduct and bathing attire is expected. Guests who do not follow posted pool rules may be asked to leave. Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all time. NO GLASS containers in the pool or pool deck. Persons must be 18 or older to use the spa.
4. Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. No driving of golf carts.
5. Neighborly: Do not walk through sites unless invited. Be considerate at all times.
6. Visitors: Registered guests must advise the office of and pay appropriate fee for visitors.
7. Sites should be kept clean and tidy. One RV unit per site allowed. Storage trailers should be parked on your site — not impeding your neighbors or their views. There is additional parking near boat ramps for boats.
Sewer connection requires a “donut” by Florida State law. Backflow preventers are installed on our water connections, as required by law. There will be a $10 charge for any backflow preventers removed or tampered with in any way.
Do not change sites without notifying the resort prior to moving.
8. Reservation Procedures: We will do our best to put you on the specific site if requested. Long term guests, however, will take precedence on site selection.
9. Florida Statutes: Guests must be in compliance with Chapter 513 and Chapter 83, Florida Statutes, in accordance with the duration of their tenancy.
10. Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. At night, vehicles must display lights. Speed limit is 5 MPH for all vehicles, scooters, golf carts, etc. No off-road, unlicensed vehicles permitted (ATVs, mini bikes, etc).
13. Fireworks: Firecrackers, Fireworks and Firearms are not permitted in the Resort. Explosives of any kind are prohibited.
14. Campfires: Keep campfires contained within the on-site fire ring. Never leave fires unattended.
15. Amenities: Please respect the courts and equipment and return the equipment when you are finished.
16. Laundry: Washers and dryers are available throughout the Resort. Clotheslines are not permitted.
17. Trash: Dumpsters are located in the Lakes and Standard areas.
18. Lot Enhancements: Improvements to your site must be approved before any work commences.
19. Mail Procedures: Riverside provides a mailbox for each site for stays over 2 months. Mailbox keys will be provided at check-in; please return the key prior to checking out.

20. Damage: We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and facilities of the Resort.
