Riverside RV Park Rules & Regulations
Please read the following carefully. If you do not adhere to the Rules & Regulations as noted, you will be asked to leave the park without a refund.
GENERAL:
• 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced for ALL vehicles, including electric bikes, electric scooters, golf carts, motorcycles, etc.
• ALL visitors over 6 years of age MUST REGISTER at the office and pay the daily guest fee of $3+tax per person. If a visitor has a vehicle, they will receive a car tag at that time. Any vehicle without a car tag displayed may be towed from the property.
• NO Deliveries of any kind may be made directly to a campsite or cabin.
• Golf Carts may be driven by a LICENSED DRIVER ONLY. Headlights are required to drive after dark.
• Bicycles are NOT allowed on the paved area in front of the office or pavilion. No bike riding after dark.
• Laundry facility is open during office hours only. Unattended loads may be removed if the cycle has ended, and other guests are waiting for a machine. NO outside clotheslines are allowed.
• Swimming is at your own risk. ALL children under 14 years of age, and those who cannot swim, MUST be accompanied by an adult.
• Children must not be left unattended on the grounds or in the bath houses. Parents/guardians will be held financially liable for damages caused by their children.
• Absolutely NO public display of alcohol. Please use a koozie or cup.
• Please be courteous of other guests. Do not ride or walk through other guests’ campsites. Do NOT drive through empty campsites. Stay on designated roads only.
• Quiet Time is 11pm-8am.
• Church Service is held at the Pavilion every Sunday at 10am AprilOctober. Everyone welcome!
• Check-out: Cabins 11am and Campsites 12pm.
CAMPSITES:
• Sewer Doughnut or Elbow is required to connect to the septic line at your campsite.
• Do NOT flush any type of wipes or feminine hygiene products down the septic system at your campsite or in the bath houses.
• Cable – To connect, you must turn OFF your RV antenna booster, and scan the channels into your TV.
• NO tent camping of any kind. NO screen rooms or pop-up awnings with “floors” and no kiddie pools.
• No rugs on the grass. They must be used on the concrete patio only.
• Trash must be disposed of in the on-site dumpsters. Do NOT leave trash on your site or check-out. Do NOT dispose of site/vehicle trash in the bath houses. Do NOT dispose of hot ashes or live coals in the dumpsters or trash cans.
• Campfires are permitted on your start IF you brought a selfcontained, off the ground fire pit. Fire pits scattered along the riverbank for or community use by the guest. DO NOT MOVE the fire rings.
• No washing vehicles or campers. RV wash/detailing companies who bring their own water are allowed to clean come clean your RV EXCEPT on holiday weekend.
• Parking: One vehicle per campsite only. Absolutely NO parking on empty campsites. Overflow parking is available as designated on your park map for extra vehicles, boats, trailers, ATVs, etc. Do NOT park on the grass at your campsite.
• Mowing is done on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please move any vehicles and belongings from the grass on those days.
• Pets: * Not allowed in cabin or bath houses * MUST be on a leash at all times * Do NOT leave pets outside unattended * NO excessive barking * ALWAYS pick up after your pet * NO outside fences, pens, cages, kennels, or wireless barriers * STRICTLY ENFORCED *
CABINS:
• Bedding: A complete set of sheets is REQUIRED to be used on all cabin beds. Please inform the office staff if you have forgotten yours. Sheet rental is available for $10/set. If a complete set of sheets and pillowcases is not used during your stay, it will result in a $50 FEE charged to your credit card.
• Parking: if you have a trailer, boat, etc., it MUST be parked in the Overflow Parking as designated on your park map. Absolutely NO parking on empty campsites. NO parking in the grass at your cabin. NO blocking the road.
• Smoking and Vaping is NOT ALLOWED inside the cabins. You may smoke/vape on the cabin porch, but the cabin DOOR MUST REMAIN CLOSED. Smoke odor inside the cabin will result in a $100 FEE for deodorizing/cleaning charged to your credit card.
• NO Pets are allowed in the cabins or on the porch of the cabin. Any evidence of a pet having been in the cabin will result in $100 FEE for extra cleaning charge to your credit card.
• TV: Cable is available every cabin. Do NOT attempt to use any streaming service like Netflix, Roku, etc., on your cabin TV. It will NOT work and will disconnect your cable as well.
• Trash must be disposed of in our on-site dumpsters. Do NOT leave trash in your cabin at check-out, and make sure all food is removed from the refrigerator. Do not dispose of cabin trash in the bath houses.
• Do NOT flush any type of wipes or feminine hygiene products down the septic system at your cabin or in the bath houses.
• Kitchenette Check-out Procedure: All dishes, pots, and pans, glasses, silverware and coffee pot must be washed, dried and put away.
• Missing or Damaged Items in your cabin will result in extra charges to your credit card:
• Lost Key - $25
• Pillow or pillow cover - $2 each
• Sheets or blanket - $30 each
• Mattress pad or bedspread or TV remote - $50 each
• Extra/deep cleaning due to a heavy mess - $50
Camper Code of Conduct
Valued Guests, Welcome back for another season of camping! We do whatever we can to ensure that our visitors have an enjoyable, relaxing and safe time during their stay. Please review our code of conduct. This is in addition to our normal rules which still apply. The following behaviors may result in being evicted and banned from the property without refund.
* Any illegal activity
* Black water improperly disposed of
* Destruction of property
* Disregarding any of the RV Park Rules/Policies
* Littered or unkempt sites (cigarette butts, trash, etc.)
* Hateful or repeated rude behavior
* Improper clean up and disposal of pet waste
* Unsupervised children
* Exceeding the speed limit of 5 MPH
* Conduct that is threatening, disorderly, unruly, disruptive, profane or in poor taste whether directed at guests or staff is prohibited Guests who fail to abide by, or comply with, any of the above terms, conditions, conduct requirements, or violates any applicable laws may, at the discretion of Riverside Rv Park have their camping agreement revoked with no refund of any amount paid therefor.
