RULES AND REGULATIONS
Speed limit throughout the park is 10 mph.
RV CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 am
PARK MODEL RENTALS: 9 am
QUIET TIME: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise of any kind is not allowed at any time.
OFFICE HOURS: November 1 to April 1, seven days a week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
POOL GATE CODE: 4555
PETS: Walk pets in designated pet areas only. Pick up after pets immediately. Pets are to be on a leash at all time; maximum 6’ leash and no retractable leashes. No outside pet cages, fences or kennels. Please curb excessive barking. Aggressive or uncontrolled pets will not be allowed to remain in the Resort. Please see full pet rules in the Rules and Policies.
LAUNDRY: Hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please do not start laundry after 8:00 pm. PayRange app available and quarters for sale in the Main Office.
SWIMMING: Hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
SEWER HOSES: Must be elevated off the ground.
SMOKING/VAPING: No smoking or vaping is permitted in or around ANY Resort facilities and common areas.
GARBAGE: Please see the three locations
on map for dumpsters. Only bagged trash is to be deposited in the garbage dumpsters. For non-household trash, please call the Main Office for Curbside Pickup service starting at $25.00.
RV PARKING: RV should be no more than 12” from the concrete patio and not extend over the utility lines at the back of space.
FIRES: No wood burning fires are permitted. Propane firepits are permitted.
CUTTING THROUGH SPACES: Please respect others and refrain from cutting through spaces, whether they are occupied or not.
BIRD FEEDERS are limited to hummingbird feeders only.
FLAGS AND BANNERS: Only United States, state and sports flags may be displayed. No political or religious flags, signs, or banners may be displayed.
VEHICLES: May not be parked in the street overnight. Please refrain from parking in the street for long periods of time during the day.
GOLF CARTS: Only licensed drivers may operate golf carts within the Park.
WASHING RVs: RVs may be washed on the space by a commercial washing company or by using a bucket and sponge.
A hose may be sparingly used for the final rinse. Passenger vehicles may not be washed on the space.
