CHECK OUT TIME – RV’s is 11 a.m. – Cabins 11:00 a.m.
MAXIMUM SPEED - 5 MPH at all times, including ATV’s.
QUIET HOURS – 10 pm – 8 am
YOUR RV and Vehicle MUST be parked on your site. One Vehicle per site.
ALL RV’S must have a sealed sewer connection on their sewer hose. (Available for sale in the office.) NOTE we have VERY HIGH WATER PRESSURE and highly recommend a pressure regulator.
WINTER WARNING – All RV water hoses MUST be disconnected each night – the hose will freeze causing damage to our water hook-up and possibly your RV. You WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for any damage.
FIRE PITS Only propane fire pits will be allowed within the park. Propane Fire Pits are available at store for rental. This resort and ALL guests WILL follow FIRE REGULATIONS as required.
TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SITE.
LIMITED FISHING – See office for details –
IF YOU WANT TO FEED THE FISH, THEN USE THE AVAILABLE FISH FOOD - You are welcome to buy pond side.
PETS – We welcome your pets, but all pets must remain on a leash with you on the other end at all times. PLEASE pick up after your pet.
LAUNDRY – We have 24-hour coin operated laundry.
NO WASHING OF ANY RV or automobile is allowed – Onsite service is available. See page, 5 or check with the office.
FIREARMS / FIREWORKS of any description are forbidden in the Resort.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in any of our Resort buildings.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR EXCESSIVE DRINKING
RESORT and/or management is NOT responsible for any loss, damage or claims for damage to property or RVs due to nature, fire, theft, accident or any other causes.
