AllĀ 20/30/50Ā amp/water/sewer hookups with picnic tables on gravel sites. Pool,Ā campfireĀ rings and kayak rentals. SomeĀ waterfront sites on the Bay, sitesĀ with large backyards, sites with gorgeous water views and our new Patio Sites.

Try our delicious fresh baked Pizza with free toppings! We also serve boneless and bone-in buffalo wings at the Cafe in the Club House. Stop by or text your order to 361-209-8752. WeĀ have beer, snacks, toiletries, ice, groceries, ice cream, firewood, bait, RV/Camping supplies, andĀ we will refill propane to order or exchange 20-pound pre-filled tanks. GUIDELINES FOR OUR GUESTS’ SAFETY & ENJOYMENT

• All Visitors must check in at the office upon arrival.

• Check-in Time is 1:00 pm for RVs and Tents, 3:00Ā pm for Cabins

• Check-out Time is 11:00 am for ALL campers. Extra fees apply for late departures. PleaseĀ be considerate of other campers who may be waiting for your site. Please re-register for additional days prior to 10:00 am. We do not guarantee the same site if you wish to extend.

• Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Disorderly conduct and/or unnecessary noise will not be tolerated.

• Generators are not to be used in the park, except during power outages lasting more than 1 hour.

• Fires are permitted in the fire rings and grills only. Check with the office for any restrictions (burn bans). Firewood is available for purchase in the office. Do not leave any fire unattended.

• Please NO SMOKING in any KOA buildings, including cabins and the clubhouse. NOĀ SMOKING in the pool area. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. An added charge will be automatically charged to your credit card if cigarette butts and/or other trash isĀ left at your site.

• Alcohol: No drunkenness or rowdy disturbing behavior will be tolerated at any time.

• Children are to be supervised at ALL times. Parents are responsible for all actions of their children and any damage to the property.

• There is to be NO PARKING on the streets, onĀ the grass, between the pads, or any unoccupied sites. Please use and/or direct your guest to the overflowing parking areas that are provided. All vehicles on camp property must display a parking pass. Violators can be towed at owner’s expense or wheels locked. There will be a $75 unlocking fee applied.

• Clubhouse/Arcade Room features board games, big screen TV, books and arcade games for your enjoyment. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised. Clubhouse / arcadeĀ room hours 9:00Ā am to 6:00 pm

• There is to be NO RV or vehicle washing at any time.

• Pool Rules: Absolutely NO DIVING. ThereĀ is no lifeguard on duty and you swim at your own risk. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please use swim diapers for all children under the age of 3. NoĀ cutoffs allowed — swimsuitsĀ only. ThereĀ are to be no glass containers in the pool area at any time. Please rinse off before entering pool. PoolĀ hours are 9:00 am toĀ 9:00Ā pm

• Splash Pad: Splash Pad: No running. SplashĀ pad is for 10 and under and must be under adult supervision. Please use swim diapers for all children under the age of 3. NoĀ street clothing; swimsuits only. Splash Pad hours 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

• Hot Tub is for ADULTS ONLY. No one under the age of 18 allowed. Hot Tub hours 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

• Trash is to be bagged and tied up and placed at the front of your site by 9:30 am for pickup. DoĀ not leave trash out overnight. HouseholdĀ trash only, no furniture, appliances, no packing boxes. There will be an added fee for the above mentioned items.

• Campsites are to be kept clean. Nothing is to be stored under or around your RV. Do not hang clothing outside. Please be aware that we have high winds at times. Be sure you do not leave your awnings out unattended.

• The SPEED LIMIT in the entire park is 5 MPH. Remember, our little campers are having a good time and may not be paying attention.

• Firearms and Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all times. Absolutely NO Open Carry.

• Laundry room is open 24/7 for your convenience. A coin machine is located in the laundry room; it takes $1 and $5. $20 bills can be broken inside the office during business hours. Please do not overload machines, thisĀ will cause them not to work properly. NoĀ refund will be given if this is done.

• Game Rentals can be checked out inside the office during business hours. $20Ā deposit is taken at the time of renting. You can change out rental equipment for the amenities provided during your stay. Before your departure, bringĀ the equipment back and you will receive aĀ $15 refund for undamagedĀ equipment.

• Boats are allowed in the bay during daylight hours only. You may tie up your boat at our shore at your own risk. Fishing is allowed, rememberĀ this is the bay, so you must have a valid Texas Saltwater Fishing License to fish off of the pier.

• You may rent watersports equipment, includingĀ life jackets and oars, at the office. YouĀ must have a valid driver’s license. Last rental can be made 1 hour before closingĀ hours.

• Golf Cart Rentals can be checked out at the office. All parties that are to drive the golf cart on the property must have a valid driver’s license. At the time of renting the golf cart, beĀ sure to bring your valid driver’s license and insurance card to the office.

• Pets are part of your family, and are welcomed as such. DogsĀ of any breed that are hostile or aggressive are not permitted. PleaseĀ DOĀ NOT leave your pet unattended outdoors. YourĀ pet must be on a leash at all times, under adult supervision. PleaseĀ clean up after them. PetsĀ are NOT ALLOWED in the restrooms/ showers, pool/hotĀ tub area, playground, beach area andĀ clubhouse.

Port Lavaca KOA Holiday owner and management reserves the right to refuse any RV that does not meet their standards of good appearance, working order and/or age. Disregard of these guidelines, which are designed for everyone’s safety, convenience, and pleasant experience, willĀ beĀ sufficient reason for terminating a camper’s stay without additional notice or refund of any fees.
