Pine Mountain Rules & Regulations

Reservations & Check-In/Check-Out- Space rent is payable in advance of occupancy. RV Sites and Tent Camping Check-In begins at 1pm EST. Cabins, Yurts and Safari Tent Check-In begins at 3pm EST. Check-Out for all accommodations is by 11am EST. NO EARLY CHECK-INS! Late Check-Out is based on availability and a fee will apply.

Daily Trash Pick Up- We offer on site trash pickup daily at 10am EST and 4pm EST. Please do not place trash outside overnight or at the roadside more than 15 minutes prior to pickup times. Trash is to be placed at the rear of the RV or in front of the Cabin, Yurt, Safari Tent and Tent Camping Sites.

Speed Limit-10 MPH AT ALL TIMES - Please remember we have children biking and playing throughout the Resort. The speed limit is strictly enforced, with your 1st violation resulting in a $25.00 fee, 2nd violation resulting in a $50.00 fee and 3rd violation resulting in a $75.00 fee and you may be asked to vacate the property with NO REFUND.

Car Hang Tags- Each site can be given up to 2 car tags that must be always displayed from the rearview mirror while on the property. Additional car tags are available with a $5.00 fee. No more than 2 vehicles can be parked at each site, and additional parking is available in the overflow parking area located by the LP station. All visitors must check in at the office and receive a visitor car tag. DO NOT PLACE ON DASHBOARD AND DO NOT PARK ON GRASS!

Quiet Hours- 10pm EST through 7am EST. Guests are encouraged to consider their neighbors during the evening hours. Radios, Televisions, Stereo Volumes, Conversation, and other activities should not be audible beyond personal space. Should this become a problem, please contact the after-hours number so management can address the issue.

Swimming Pool/Hot Tub/Splash Pad- Hours are daily from 10am EST- 9pm EST. Adult supervision is always required for anyone under the age of 18. No food, glass, smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed inside the fenced pool area. Please refrain from sitting, standing, or playing with the pool rope. Should it break, the pool will be closed immediately until repairs are made. No personal property can be left overnight or placed in the fenced area when the pool area is closed.

Lockouts- 1 key is provided for Cabins, Yurts and Safari Tents. Should you get locked out, there is a $10.00 lockout charge.

Children- Adult supervision is always required for anyone under the age of 18. The registered guest is financially responsible for any damage done to the Resort Property and Property of other guests.

Pets- Pets are welcome under the following restrictions: They must always remain on a leash, (leash cannot be longer than 6 feet), no free roaming is allowed unless inside the Bark Park and you must pick up after your pet. Pets are not allowed inside the fenced pool area or inside any of the buildings throughout the property. Small outdoor pens and kennels are allowed-be respectful of your neighbor. Pets cannot be left unattended outside at any time. Should your pet exhibit aggressive behaviors, you may be asked to leave. If you are caught not picking up after your pet or not having your pet on leash you will be charged a fee. 1st violation is a $25.00 fee; 2nd violation is a $50.00 fee and 3rd violation is a $75.00 fee and you may be asked to vacate the property with NO REFUND. Please encourage your neighbors and other pet owners to be accountable; it isn’t hard, and it is an important part of the responsibility you have owning a pet.

Bicycles, Golf Carts and Scooters- Operator must follow all traffic rules and always remain on the road. No Driving on Grass! All must have reflectors on them to be operated at night. Golf Carts can only be operated by a licensed driver.

Campfires- These are a privilege and not to be left unattended at any time.

Fireworks- Are prohibited and not permitted on the property.

Damage- Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss by accident, theft, or fire to either the property or person/tenant. If you cause damage to the resort property or another guest’s property, you will be responsible and charged for the damage.

Changing Sites- No Site Changes are allowed without office approval.

Refunds- NO REFUNDS for early departures.

Wi-Fi- Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. The bandwidth is limited, so please refrain from streaming, downloading large files or office use. It is to be used for email, web surfing and social media use. Thank you for your consideration.

RV And Car Washing- Additional fee.

For the safety and convenience of all our guests, all rules are strictly enforced. An initial warning may be issued by our staff. Subsequent violations are subject to law enforcement action and/ or eviction without refund from the premises at the discretion of Resort Management.

Accommodations

•RV Sites- Concrete and Gravel Pull Through Sites with Full Hookups to include 30/50 Amp Services, Sewage, Water and Cable Hookup (Concrete Sites only)

•Cabins- Flat Screen TV, Fresh Linens (Includes Towels), Kitchen and Porch

•Yurts- 16 ft. (sleeps 4+) 20 ft. (sleeps 6+) 24 ft. (sleeps 8+)Furnished, Fresh Linens and Climate Controlled (Towels not provided) (+ indicates room for sleeping bags or air mattress)

•Safari Tents- Furnished, Fresh Linens, Climate Controlled and Sleeps 2-4

•Tent Camping- Additional tent added to any site type $10 more per night. Includes water and electricity.
