GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY

Pilot Knob RV Resort (“PKRR”) operates year-round. The payment of any site fee to PKRR shall constitute an implied consent agreement by which the guest agrees to accept and comply with all the rules, regulations and operating policies established by PKRR. PKRR reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete, at its sole discretion, the rules, regulations and operating policies.

OFFICE HOURS: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Camp Host is on duty Mon-Fri, 5pm-10 pm, and Sat/Sun, 9am - 5:30pm. We have office hours and camp hosts on duty during peak season only (October 1st - April 1st). Summer hours and availability are subject to change when not in season (April 1st - October 1st ). We are on Mountain Standard Time in the Winter and Pacific Time in the summer.

CHECK-OUT: 11am No refunds for early departure.

QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am

EMERGENCIES: After calling 911 immediately, notify the staff.

CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

PETS: must be leashed and attended at all times. Pets are not allowed to run at large and are not allowed in any building, or in the pool area.

HOLDING TANK: Only FORMALDEHYDE-FREE products in your holding tanks and NO BLEACH.

SEWER: Sewer line connections must be reasonably sealed by means of a “sewer donut” or connection device that does not allow odor to escape the connection.

FIRES: No open fires permitted on the resort.

GATE CODE: The gate code is provided upon check-in and is changed periodically. The code is not to be given out to anyone. If you have guests arriving after the office is closed you must meet them at the gate and contact the night host; cars and pick-ups only, no RVs.

MAIL: Mail may be picked up at the office. There is no mail forwarding. Guests that receive mail at PKRR’s address do so at their own risk. PKRR assumes no responsibility for mail delivery to any of its guests and shall not be liable for lost or misplaced mail.

SWIMMING POOL AND SPA: Open 8am-10pm daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the pool. No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the spa.

LAUNDRY: Open 24 hours. Please keep door closed at all times. Be courteous and observe the Two Washer/Person rule. DO NOT use BLEACH in your wash as it harms our septic system and groundwater. (County Health Department Order). Clotheslines are not permitted. Dryers are available.

VEHICLE SERVICE: Check with office. Auto repairs, including oil changes, are not permitted.

RV WASHING AND REPAIRS, AND VEHICLE WASHING: Allowed by approved local vendors only.

WATER FAUCETS are equipped with Anti-Syphon Valves that do not reduce water pressure to the user.

MONTHLY RATES: Monthly rates are based on a 30-day month. No refunds will be given for early departures. Monthly prices are based on 2 people. An additional fee of $25 per month applies for 3-4 people; $50 per month for 5-6 people. Six people max per site.

DISCOUNTS: Guests with a discount membership card must present a card upon check-in to receive applicable discounts. Failure to produce a valid membership card in good standing will result in loss of discount and the difference in price must be paid upon check-in.

PERMANENT STRUCTURES: No vehicle or recreational vehicle of any kind may be made unmovable at any time. No permanent structures, foundation or permanent building of any kind shall be allowed on PKRR spaces.

GUESTS AND VISITORS: Site spaces shall be used exclusively by registered guests of PKRR. PKRR must be notified by registered guests prior to third party visits. Third party visitors must register with PKRR on arrival. Tents shall not be set up in RV sites without prior approval from management. Guests that have visitors are responsible for informing visitors of the rules and regulations of the campground and shall be responsible for the conduct of any visitor.

PARKING: Parking shall be limited to one vehicle per site space. Parking for additional vehicles or visitor parking shall be assigned on a case-by-case basis only. If parking for additional vehicles creates a nuisance or unsafe condition, such additional parking may be denied.

TOXIC MATERIAL: The discharge of any toxic material of any kind is not permitted on PKRR property. Any guest or visitor who discharges any toxic material of any kind, shall be held responsible for the cleanup and repair of any ground, sewer line, or other property of PKRR.

GUESTS OF PKRR are expected to maintain a clean and orderly appearance in and around the campsites. No accumulation of trash or junk is permitted on any space. Any additions or modifications to current landscaping must be approved in advance by management. At the sole discretion of PKRR, no vehicle or recreational vehicle which is deemed to be unsafe to occupy, or which could cause an unsafe condition for other guests of PKRR shall be permitted to remain on the premises of PKRR. All guests accept camping privileges with the understanding that they do hereby release PKRR, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to their person arising out of their use of PKRR’s camping facilities, and agree to indemnify PKRR, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of PKRR’s camping facilities. Guests assume all risks to their persons and their property while on PKRR property. PKRR shall not be held liable for any act of nature or acts of any guest, visitor, or intruder that may adversely affect any guest or visitor. Guests are expected to carry their own personal property and liability insurance for themselves and their property while camped at PKRR. PKRR shall not be held liable for any disappearance or destruction of any guest’s property while it is parked or stored at PKRR.
