Park Rules & Regulations

• Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. If you wish to spend another day, please re-register before 11:00 a.m.

• Do not change assigned sites until you have checked with the office, as others may be reserved or the occupant may have left temporarily.

• Laundry - 24 hours

• Showers and restrooms are closed for cleaning between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

• Quiet Hours — 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Speed Limit — 5 mph. Please drive carefully.

• We ask that extra vehicles and guests park in the visitor’s parking area across the bridge.

• Rubber sewer rings required.

• No campfires are permitted.

• Do not throw trash in the creek.

• Please check with park management before activating RV security systems.

• Do not dump portable toilets in restrooms.

• No defacing or cutting of trees or shrubs.

• Children must be at their site by 10:00 p.m., unless accompanied by an adult.

• No car, truck or R.V. washing allowed.

For your safety, please observe:

• No oil changes or repairs on premises unless pre-approved by Management.

• Please no clotheslines or hanging articles outside to dry.

• Do not park vehicle in unoccupied RV sites.

• Please lock all bicycles. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.

• No bicycle riding around the office. Use the park & trail next door.

• NO Refunds

• DO NOT walk through other campsites.

• Shut doors to rig and vehicles quietly.

Pet Owners Facilities & Services

Our pet rules are strictly enforced.

• Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times.

• Please clean up after your pet. Bags are available at the Pet Station near the parking area over the bridge, before trail access, and the side of the office.

• Management reserves the right to refuse service to owners of specific breeds and vicious dogs.

• Colorado state law holds the pet owner responsible for pet actions, bites, etc.

• Pets cannot be left unattended outside of your RV.

• Full hookups.

• Clean Restrooms & Showers

• Laundry open 24 hours.

• Free city shuttle mid May - mid September.

• Manitou Springs Pool and Fitness Center included with stay. Outdoor splash pool, indoor pool, Hot tub, and Fitness center. Please check in with campground office for passes and hours.

Helpful Hints

• Do not flush wipes or feminine products.

• Sewer connections must be sealed.

• Please use chemicals used in black tank.

• Do NOT leave awning open when you leave park due to high wind gusts.

• Do not leave trash out we do have wildlife in the park, please put in dumpster across the bridge. Do not feed the squirrels.
