UNATTENDED PERSONAL PROPERTY is NOT the responsibility of P.P.R.V.R. GUESTS: Who deface or destroy P.P.R.V.R. property or equipment shall be held liable for repair or replacement. Continued violation will constitute grounds for cancellation of residents or guest rights and privileges.

GROUND STAKES: For awnings, etc., may ONLY be driven into the ground NEXT TO THE CONCRETE PATIO due to our drip system and costly repairs.

WATER LEAKS: Please report any water leaks to Gatehouse or Office.

UNATTENDED VEHICLES: RVs may not be left unattended for more than 24 hours without prior management approval.

SITES & PARKING: Only one camping unit per site. Moving from assigned space must be approved by Office.

REFUNDS: There are no refunds.

NOT PERMITTED AT THE RESORT: Please observe!

1. Washing of vehicles without permit.

2. Hanging clothes outside of or on RVs. 3. Wearing or discharging firearms.

4. Disruptive behavior.

5. Trimming of tree limbs or other desert foliage.

6. Ground fires (BBQs in approved containers are permitted).

7. Changing Oil. 8. No wet bathing suits in the Clubhouse. Shower is provided poolside.
