GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT

Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.

• Site check-in time: 2PM, check-out time: Noon Cabin/Woody Tent check-in time: 3 PM, check-out time: 11 AM

• Speed limit in the campground is 5 mph.

• Car passes must be displayed on vehicles.

• Observe our quiet time from 11 PM to 8 AM. Music, loud noises, yelling, bright lights, generators, etc., are prohibited.

• Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children.

• Young adults and children must be at their sites by 10 PM.

• Alcohol must be kept at your site. No Kegs Allowed.

• Fires in existing fire rings only. No campfires after midnight.

• Respect the privacy and property of our neighbors.

• Vehicle washing is prohibited.

• No cutting or mutilating trees and shrubs. You will be immediately evicted and charged the maximum fine for replacement.

• Motorbikes, mopeds, motorcycles, and/or golf carts may be used with proper registration and insurance by a licensed driver. No joyriding around the campground.

• All trash must be wrapped and deposited in front of your campsite for pick-up by noon. Leaving trash out overnight attracts unwanted guests

• The pool is open the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend until the Monday of Labor Day weekend. Pool hours are posted at the pool gate.

• We reserve the right to evict anyone at any time. No refunds for evictions due to rule violations.

• Electric Vehicles — Campers may plug into the 30 amp OR 50 amp receptacle NOT both at once. Our pedestals are not designed to accommodate both receptacles being used simultaneously and will result in damage to the electrical system of this campground and your equipment. You will be responsible for damages resulting from the incorrect use of our pedestals.

SITE OCCUPANCY POLICY:

• RV & tent sites are limited to 6 people.

• Each RV site is designed for a maximum of 1 Recreational vehicle, no tents.

• Cabins are limited to 4 people with the exception of the deluxe cabins which sleep 6.

• Tents are not allowed on cabin sites.

• Tent sites may have a maximum 1 tent per site, and must stay within site boundaries. Additional Tents are $25.00 per Tent.

VISITOR POLICY:

• The campground facilities are for registered guests only. All visitors must register at the office and pay a visitor fee. The registered camper is responsible for visitor fees, and management reserves the right to limit the number of visitors per site. All visitors must leave the campground by 10 PM. If a visitor stays less than one hour, we will refund the fee.

RESERVATION POLICY:

• Reservation Guarantee Deposit — A deposit equal to the reservation charges for your first night.

• Summer Weekends — A deposit equal to 2 nights for Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, Woody Tents, and Riverfront Tent Sites (2 night minimum stay required).

• Minimum Age — Must be 21 or older to reserve/register any campsite and must be present during stay.

• Minimum Stay — 2 nights on summer weekends for Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, Woody Tents, and Riverside Tent Sites. 3 nights on Holidays for all site types.

• Maximum Stay — 2 weeks for Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, Woody Tents, and Tent Sites.

• Maximum Occupancy — Maximum occupancy is 1 family unit (parents with unmarried children 17 and under) or 4 adults without children. Extra person charges apply.

• Base Rate — Includes up to 2 adults and children age 4 and under are free.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund — If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

• RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with, by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.

• Cabins/Deluxe Cabins/Woody Tents — Notify KOA by 4 PM 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

• Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with, by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.

• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.

• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.

• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/ National travel disruption.

• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements.

CANCELLATION FEE:

• A $10.00 fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to the deadline. $25.00 for Cabins, Deluxe Cabins and Woody Tents. Cancellations after deadlines will result in forfeiture of deposit.
