The “Retro Q®” cylinder valve adaptor was designed to convert a 510 P.O.L. cylinder valve so it can be used with a Type I appliance side swivel nut fitting. The male P.O.L. end of the adaptor is permanently installed in the 510 valve by using a “break-away” plastic drive nut. Once installed, the other end of the adaptor affords the same 1-5/16” ACME threads found on the Type I cylinder valves.

The “Retro Q®” also features the same positive connection features as the Type I valve and retains the female P.O.L. threads for filling.
