




• Departure and Arrival Times (Check-Out/In) – Campsites: 11 AM / 12 PM Rental Cabins: 12 PM/4 PM
• Registration/Visitors – Everyone MUST register, either with the Ranger or in the Trading Post. All vehicles must have a car pass displayed. Cost for car pass is $10.00 per car. If you are expecting guests, you must have a guest card on file with the Ranger or in the Trading Post. If we do not have a guest card on file, we will not allow visitors and/or family members in. Members are limited to a maximum of ten (10) people per site. Public campers are limited to a maximum of six (10) people per site so subjects vehicle to towing at owner's expense.
• Individual Campsites Sizes Are Fixed – Please honor what is a campground built in times past where your campsite might have natural vegetation between your site and the next. Please do not, "campsite creep" as all campsites cannot be expanded and are fixed to the size as you found them.
• Supervision of Children – Children are to be supervised at all times. Children under 18 years of age may not be left at Campground without responsible adult supervision (18 years or older).
• Welcome Station – for assistance during off hours if needed.
• Quiet Hours – are 11 PM to 7 AM. All minors (Under 18) must be accompanied by a parent during these hours. Even during non-quiet hours, keep in mind that sound carries outdoors and your neighbor may not want to hear your favorite radio station or TV show. Vehicle engines ideally should not be started during quiet hours and idling engines during quiet hours are prohibited. Any vehicle with modified or enhanced mufflers including all motorcycle during quiet hours are prohibited.
• Clubhouse and Library – A small collection of books donated through the years by other members is available for your enjoyment while with us and the Library features a great relaxing environment to get caught up on that newest must read. We kindly request and thank you to help keep the books neatly organized. Continued donations in a quality item are much appreciated. No one under 18 admitted without parent.
• Propane - We offer a refilling propane station next to the Laundry Center. Monday through Saturday (no service on Sunday) prior to 1 PM simply leave your empty self-labeled propane bottles in the area labeled "Empty" and our staff will fill and they will be ready for pickup same day after 3 PM at "FILLED" location. Payment arrangements must be made PRIOR to any services performed. Please see any team member for more details including current pricing and further assistance.
• Pool – While in the water, children age 6 and under MUST be within arm’s reach of a responsible adult who must also be in the water. Swim diapers must be worn when necessary. In the pool areas, children age 14 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 18 and over, unless otherwise posted. NO CUTOFFS, SHIRTS OR STREET CLOTHING. Members will be permitted to wear plain white t-shirts over proper swimming attire. Only U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices may be used in the swimming pool. Swimmies, water wings and inflatable flotation devices are not allowed. No recreational equipment or toys allowed in the pool except during scheduled recreation programs. Diving, running, horseplay and cannonballing are prohibited in pool area. Alcoholic beverages or glass containers are not permitted in pool areas.
• Flags and Signs – that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates or contain vulgarity or profanity or in any other way are seen or viewed as offensive by others or other person are
not allowed to be displayed at your Site or throughout the Resort. Property manager shall have final decision in determination with regards to any and all such flags, banners and others should differences of opinions arise. Customers in violation of this policy will be asked to remove their flag/sign and if they refuse to do so, will be asked to vacate the Resort.
• Speed Limit – 5 MPH
• Vehicles – Maximum of 2 vehicles per site. All vehicles MUST display a valid parking pass failure to do so subjects vehicle towing at owner's expense. Please do not park on the grass.
• No Vehicle Washing – except with a prepaid permit which are available at the Trading Post.
• Electric Cords/Hanging Dangers – Do not hang items tree to trees! No power cords, hammocks, clotheslines, decorations, bird feeders, netting, ribbons, etc.
• Electric Appliances – i.e. freezers, refrigerators, washers and dryers will not be permitted outside of your rig.
• No Power Tools – or equipment, including chainsaws, leaf blowers, eclectic sanders are permitted.
• Bicycles – may be ridden during daylight hours only. Helmets are strongly recommended, and must be worn for ages 12 and under. Minibikes, motorbikes and trail bikes are prohibited.
• Electric Bikes – within the campground can only be used in pedal mode.
• Generators – Generators are not permitted to be used except during a power outage.
• Picnic Tables – are not to be moved from one site to another.
• Walking Through Sites – Please don’t walk across other occupied sites. An occupied site is another member’s “home.”
• Do Not Feed Wildlife.
• Campfires – must be attended at all times. No fire above one (1) foot above the top of the fire ring.
• Garbage of Household Nature while Camping – Dumpsters are located throughout the Campground. Cigarette butts and gum wrappers are litter, too. We have a beautiful Campground. Let’s not spoil it. Normal household trash only is permitted to be placed into dumpsters. All construction materials or repair materials and equipment, bedding, all furniture including all outdoor items, vehicle waste parts or products or any or other bulky items should be disposed of through a municipal waste site. Contact the Ranger for suggestions.. Be kind and do NOT overfill the dumpsters!
• Pets – All pets must be kept on a leash. No pets are permitted in buildings, pavilions or pool area.
Pets must accompany you when you leave a campsite, trailer, or rental unit. Members and/or guests must clean up after their pets everywhere in the Campground. If you have an unruly pet, you may be asked to leave the Campground. Dogs should not be allowed to be left to bark excessively or repetitively for any period of time inside or outside of any RV on any campsite.
• Fences – are allowed to be 24 inches tall and must be placed within the footprint of your awning.
• Members and Guests – agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thousand Trails from all claims, liability, loss and expense incurred by reason of injury to person or property, or both, of members, their family or their guests, arising from the use of Thousand Trails properties, its facilities or surrounding areas. Members and guests agree that a dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
