Thank you for being our guest! Please observe the following guidelines that were developed for your safety, the consideration of your neighbors and to ensure an enjoyable stay. Should you have any questions, please contact Guest Services. We will be happy to assist you.

RESORT AMENITIES & SERVICES: • Golf • Tennis • Pickle Ball • Heated Pools & Spa • Cable TV • Bathhouses • Laundries • Clubhouse • On-site Trash Pickup GUEST SERVICES: 9 am to 5 pm.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11 am. Please check with Guest Services by 11 am if you wish to extend your stay. Gate cards can be returned in the gate card box located in the check-out lane.

QUIET HOURS: 9 pm to 8 am.

MAIL: Postal services are available. Please see our Guest Services team for more information.

OFFICE SERVICES: Copy, print, fax, scanning, and Notary Public services are available. Please see our Guest Services team for more information.

LAUNDRIES: Located in the bathhouses. Change is available at Guest Services. Please do not wash pet articles in the laundry facilities.

OUTSIDE DRYING: Please do not use clotheslines, drying racks or your awnings to dry towels and personal belongings. Dryers in the laundry room are for your convenience.

BATHHOUSES: Cleaned daily. Times are posted on the doors.

We appreciate your cooperation during these times and regret any inconvenience.

TRASH: Leave trash in a secured plastic bag at the curb for pick up no later than 10 am. NO overnight!

GUESTS: All guests and visitors must register at Guest Services.

The basic rate includes 4 people. Additional people are $5 per day, per person (6 persons maximum per site).

CHILDREN: You are responsible for all actions and behavior of the children or minors with you. Unruly behavior may necessitate your having to leave the Resort without a refund.

RESPONSIBILITY: You are responsible at all times for the conduct of your children, pets and guests. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to restrict its clientele to those who conform to the Resort guidelines. Management cannot assume responsibility for injuries or accidents.

INTERNET: Free in the Clubhouse! Additional Wi-Fi may be available.Please see our Guest Services team for more information.

GOLF: Is free and included in your stay.

Rules and score cards are available at Guest Services.

GOLF CARTS: No motorized vehicles are to be driven between dusk and dawn if not equipped with headlights and taillights and can only be operated on paved streets. Only licensed drivers may operate any type of motorized (electric or gas) vehicle in the Resort.

TRAILERS & TOW DOLLIES: May not be stored on sites.

Inquire at Guest Services about nearby storage.

VEHICLES: Class A motorcoaches, a minimum of 25 feet in length, and two vehicles allowed per site.

• No signage allowed on any vehicle.

• Please park so that your coach does not extend over the concrete pad onto the grass, which interferes with mowing and sprinklers.

• Ingress and egress: The angle of your concrete pad determines your direction when entering and exiting.

Please drive on the pavement only and not onto the grass.

MOTORCOACH & CAR WASHING: You must obtain a WASH PERMIT from Guest Services prior to washing your coach and car. $10 for motorcoach & car. *There is no charge for washing your windshield. Battery washing is prohibited.

SATELLITE TV DISHES: Freestanding satellite dishes are not permitted.

SWIMMING POOLS: Children 16 years or younger are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. Please observe posted regulations. Food and glass containers are not permitted in the pool areas. Pools are closed from dusk to dawn.

HOT TUB: No children under 12 are allowed.

BBQ GRILLS: Please use only Propane grills on picnic tables.

Charcoal grills may be used on the ground or on a stand.

Ashes should be bagged and placed at the curb for pick up.

GLASS: Please confine any glass containers to your site.

BIKES & INLINE SKATES: Permitted on the streets, except for the high traffic check-in area. Please obey all traffic signs.

ATVs & SKATEBOARDS: Not permitted.

SIGNS: Signs are not permitted on your coach or your lot.

PATIO LIGHTS: Hanging patio lights are not permitted.

FLAGS: Only one (1) American flag may be displayed on your coach. No other flags are allowed.

DRESS CODE: Casual attire is the generally accepted standard.

Owners and guests, at all times, shall wear clean, appropriate clothing. Men are required to wear shirts at all times. Shorts are permitted. Bare feet are permitted in the pool or patio areas only.

Many lots are privately owned. Please respect your neighbors’ privacy and property. Site assignment is subject to change prior to arrival due to sales or other conditions.

Pet Policies PETS: Pets are restricted to two (2) per lot. Dogs are to be exercised in the dog walk areas. Owners must clean up after their pets. Dogs are to be walked on leashes no longer than six (6) feet and controlled in a manner to be kept off private lots.

Dogs are not allowed on the golf course.

Please DO NOT allow your pet to run loose at any time!

Animals ARE NOT allowed in the pool/laundry areas/ bathhouses or clubhouse!

Animals MUST be leashed at all times!

Pet pens are not allowed on the premises.
