Please do not walk through occupied campsites or allow your pets or children to go on the other guests’ sites.

The pace in the Hudson River Valley is slower than in the surrounding metropolitan areas, which makes it a natural place for you to “unwind” and refresh yourselves. In the long run, this is what we are all about. Our staff tries hard to please and assist our visitors. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
1. SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph throughout the camp. 2. Site trash pick up from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.
ACTIVITY ZONE
3. CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ON THEIR SITE BY 10:00 pm or accompanied by an adult. 4. PLAYGROUND HOURS: 8 am to dusk. No one allowed on playground after dark. 5. SPORTS EQUIPMENT: Volleyball, Badminton, Basketball, Mini Golf Clubs and Balls, Shuffleboard and Horseshoes equipment may be obtained in the office. 6. FIREWOOD: DO NOT CUT OR DAMAGE, IN ANY WAY, STANDING TREES — DEAD OR ALIVE. It takes nature years to replace what you can destroy in seconds. Firewood may be purchased at the Camp Store or delivered to site for a nominal fee. 7. PETS: Are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times, and NOT left unattended. Pets should be seen and not heard. Please clean up after your pet, and take your pet with you when you go sightseeing or visiting. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PET OFF THE PLAYGROUND. There is a 2-PET LIMIT. Proof of rabies vaccination required. 8. VISITORS: Visitors must register at office, pay visitor’s fee and park in designated area. Car passes must be visible or subject to tow at owners’ expense.

9. GUEST GOLF CARTS, ATVs, DIRT BIKES, SCOOTERS, MINI-BIKES, ETC., ARE WELCOME under the following conditions: • They must be insured and operated safely. • Golf carts may be operated on the Campground by a licensed driver at least 16 years old.

• All other rec vehicles may only be used to enter or leave the Campground. 10. FIRES: Build fires in fire rings, and NEVER leave them unattended. PUT FIRE OUT WITH WATER BEFORE GOING TO BED OR LEAVING CAMPSITE. There is a fee for moving of firepits from designated area. 11. SWIMMING POOLS: Use of the pools is at the camper’s risk. Failure to observe posted rules will be cause for loss of usage. NO CUT-OFF SHORTS. PLEASE NOTE STATE POOL RULES BELOW. 12. ELECTRIC VEHICLES: Campers may plug into the 30 amp OR 50 amp receptacle NOT both at once. This pedestal is not designed to accommodate both receptacles, being used simultaneously and will result in damage to the electrical system of this campground and your equipment. You will be responsible for damages resulting from incorrect use of this pedestal. 13. NOT ALLOWED: • Car and trailer washing • Rock throwing • Intoxication, profanity or obscenity • Skateboards, inline skates, roller skates, bicycles in pedestrian areas • Riding on motorbikes
• Bicycling after dark without a light • Bikes must follow one-way roads. • Dumping of gray water anywhere but directly into sewer • Carrying or use of firearms and game hunting equipment — including BB guns, peashooters, and slingshots • NO charging of electrical vehicles
This is a family campground, and campers who repeatedly disturb others and refuse to abide by these rules and regulations will be asked to leave so that you may enjoy your stay. Please cooperate and report any infractions of the above to the office.

New York State Pool Rules & Regulations As of May 24, 2001 the New York City North / Newburgh KOA Holiday, in accordance with the Ulster County Health Department, has enacted changes in their supervision levels at the pool area. The following list is to advise you of the current rules and regulations. They must be obeyed in order to maintain a safe environment. Disregard of the regulations will result in the loss of pool privileges, and possible dismissal from the Campground. • No children under the age of 16 years permitted without an adult. • No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
• 2 or more adults must be present in the pool area to allow for swimming— at least one adult must be on the pool deck.
• Parents are responsible for their own children. • Use the pools only during posted hours of operation.
ADDITIONAL RULES MAY APPLY.
• No diving — shallow water. • Don’t drink alcohol and swim. • No food or drinks allowed in pool area.
