Park Guidelines
RVs:
• Only clean, modern, fully self-contained RVs are allowed. The park reserves the right to refuse admission of vehicles not meeting park standards.
• RVs should have RVIA Certification.
• RVs cannot be left unattended overnight on property.
• Must contain current registration and comprehensive insurance for RVs while on property.
• Mt. Hood Village will not be responsible for loss of any kind, and it is mutually understood that the guest releases Mt. Hood Village from any liability for personal injury, property loss, property damage, and wrongful death.
Guests:
• All overnight guests must register with the front office. Only Registered guests are permitted to use the park facilities.
• Day visitors must go through the office and have a day pass displayed in the window of the vehicle. Please do not give the gate code to your visitors.
Quiet Hours:
• 10PM to 8AM. Please respect your neighbors by limiting noise at all times during the day and night. The use of generators is prohibited. Generators are allowed during emergencies (loss of power)
Speed Limit:
• Please observe 10 MPH speed limit.
Parking & Vehicles:
• Only 2 vehicles are allowed per site or cabin. All others are asked to park in overflow parking. Do not park on the grass, unoccupied sites, or streets.
• All vehicles must be operable, have current registration, and be registered with the office.
• Please do not perform any mechanical work on vehicles on site. This includes lubrication, oil changes, fabrication, body work, painting, etc., except by professional mobile repair companies authorized by the park.
• Boats and trailers should be parked in the designated areas only. They are not allowed to be parked on sites. Please contact the office for the location of the designated area.
Children:
• Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children under the age of 16 are required to be supervised by an adult in all areas of the park.
Bicycles:
• Bicycles may be ridden on streets or roadways only. Children under 16 must wear helmets (Oregon helmet law) and be accompanied by an adult.
Laundry:
• Do not leave laundry unattended. No permanent clotheslines are allowed at camp sites. Do not hang clothing or personal items on railings, chairs, etc.
Restrooms and Showers:
• Restrooms and Showers are checked and maintained regularly. Please do your part to keep them clean. Notify the staff if any of our facilities need attention.
Swimming Pool, Spa and Exercise Room:
• Swim and Spa at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• Please follow the posted pool and spa rules.
• Users under 16 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Must be 18 years or older to use exercise equipment.
• Open seasonally Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Mail:
• USPS mail is not accepted at the property. USPS may be sent to the local post office via General Delivery for pickup.
• UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON are accepted if delivered directly to your site.
General:
• All facilities, cabins, showers/restrooms and common areas are non-smoking. Please do not attach any items to trees, bushes, standpipes, or buildings.
Trash and Wastewater:
• Household waste only — no other items permitted. Do not dispose of other garbage (construction debris, yard debris, oil, furniture, appliances, etc.) at the park dumpsters.
• Recycling should be disposed of in the designated areas.
Sewer and Water Hookups:
• OR State Law requires your sewer connection must be watertight and the hose must maintain a ‘positive downward slope’ on a stand to the septic pipe.
• Do not flush disposable cleansing towelettes.
Flags, Signs, and Personal Business:
• Flags and signs that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates, or contain vulgarity or profanity are not allowed to be displayed at your site or throughout the park.
• Personal signs, solicitation, commercial activity, or onsite selling of any kind is prohibited.
