Rules & Regulations THE PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 5 mph AND IS STRICTLY ENFORCED POOL & SPA: Enjoy our swimming pool and spa; hours are posted. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages in pool area. After hours use is strictly prohibited. Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Pool toys (balls, floats, etc.) are not permitted in the water. Proper swimming attire is required. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. PETS: Pets must be kept on a handheld leash not to exceed 6 feet in length. Use Dog Walk Area at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Do not tie your pet outside for any reason.

No pets are allowed in the restrooms, mini-mart, recreation hall, pool area or playground. Barking or disturbance by animals will not be permitted.

No fencing allowed.

EXTENDED STAYS: All residents must complete an application for residency and Management must approve it before resident may reside in park in excess of 23 days.

CHECK-OUT: Please check out or re-register by 12 noon. If you wish to stay longer, check with the office to be sure your space is available.

CAMPSITE: Please keep your campsite clean.

NO TENTS or sleeping outside of RVs is allowed.

No overnight guests are allowed.

FIRES: There will be no open fires or fireworks in the Park. BBQ grills are allowed.

FACILITIES: Feel free to use our mini-mart, laundry, recreation hall, playground, restrooms, fish cleaning station, pool and spa located in the Park. Please help us keep our Park clean.

PARKING: No parking on roadways or driving on the grass at any time for any reason. There are QUIET HOURS: From 10 pm to 8 am. sprinklers located near the edge of the asphalt that HOURS: Store, pool, and recreation hall hours are are easily damaged if driven on. posted.

WATERING: The lawns will be watered nightly as needed, so please be sure to keep all articles inside during the nighttime hours so they do not get wet.

CLOTHESLINES: Absolutely no clotheslines or clothing will be permitted hanging outside your RV. A laundry has been provided for your convenience.

CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for their children. Children must be under adult supervision at all times. Children must be in their campsite by 10 pm.

WALKING: Although there are no designated walking restricted areas in the Park, please respect your fellow campers’ space and refrain from walking across their lawns.

VEHICLES: For the safety of tenants and guests there is a maximum speed of 5 mph. Road licensed motorcycles are permitted if operated in a quiet, non-disruptive manner. All vehicles need to be in operating condition.

MANAGEMENT: Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft or vandalism, nor are they responsible for accidents. They reserve the right to ask anyone causing any disturbance to leave the premises.

Failure to comply with Park rules and regulations may terminate your stay without refund!
