RV RESORT RULES 1. Checkout Time: 11:00 am. If you plan on staying past your paid-through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the Office prior to 11:00 am. ALL RENT IS DUE AND PAYABLE IN ADVANCE; NO REFUNDS.

12. NO CONSTRUCTION OR VEHICLE MECHANICAL WORK IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.

These rules and policies apply to the entire pool area, which includes the pool, pool deck, spa and immediate surroundings enclosed within the pool fence. • The pool is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Adults only between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm (18 years of age or older). No one is permitted within the pool area at any other time. • Diving in the pool is not permitted. • No animals are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. • Pool yard gates may not be propped open or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily. • No food or drinks are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. • No running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct or noise which disturbs the tenants is allowed in the pool area. • The maximum occupancy is 50 persons. Do not enter the pool if this maximum load is already met. • The pool may be used only by Lakeview RV Resort Guests and their Visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by a Lakeview RV Resort Guest. • THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. PERSONS USING THE POOL FACILITIES DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENT OR INJURY. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 14 MUST NOT USE THE POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. • Management is not responsible for articles which are lost, damaged or stolen. • Parents, guardians or custodians of persons under the age of 14 years are totally responsible for compliance with these policies by those persons who are within the pool area. These policies apply to Lakeview RV Resort Guests and their Visitors. • Violating these policies will entitle the owner to terminate the Lakeview RV Resort guest’s right of occupancy. The management reserves the right to restrict the use of pool facilities.

2. Parking: Parking is allowed in designated areas only! Do not block driveways. Do not park on the grass, fire lanes or in any area other than your assigned parking space. Do not park in unoccupied spaces. 3. Speed Limit: 5 mph. This speed limit is strictly enforced. Drive safely and watch for pedestrians. 4. Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. This includes radios, stereos and TVs. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property. 5. Trash: Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located Dumpsters. DO NOT LITTER! 6. Reservations: Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days. 7. DO NOT move picnic tables or benches! 8. Washing RVs is allowed on the Lakeview Property; However, the office must be contacted first. 9. Vending:Ice, snacks, and drinks are available for sale in the office. Washers and dryers are provided in the laundry room. 10. Your Space: Please keep your space clean. No clutter or debris is permitted. 11. Laundry: Open 24/7.

1. WARNING! THE LAKE IS DEEP ENOUGH THAT A PERSON CAN DROWN. NO LIFEGUARD OR SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED.

• Pets must be kept on a leash.

2. No boats or floating devices are allowed on the lake.

• You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet.

3. No swimming or wading is allowed in the lake.

• Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time.

4. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed wtihin 20 feet of the lake bank without supervision by parent, guardian or custodian.

• Pets cannot show any signs of aggression.

5. ONLY CATCH AND RELEASE FISHING IS PERMITTED.
